Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wspornik dla pokrywek pudełek, w szczególności pudełek na pizzę, który w stanie rozłożonym ma kształt podłużnego paska (1), którego krawędzie boczne wyposażone są w zaczepy (2), przy czym pasek ten podzielony jest na trzy części, między którymi znajdują się rowki (3) umożliwiające zagięcie tych części, przy czym na dolnej i górnej krawędzi każdej części paska (1) znajdują się wgłębienia (4), przy czym wspornik w stanie złożonym ma w widoku z góry kształt trójkąta a krawędzie boczne paska (1) połączone są ze sobą poprzez zaczepy (2).The subject of the application is a support for box lids, in particular pizza boxes, which in the unfolded state has the shape of an elongated strip (1), the side edges of which are provided with hooks (2), wherein the strip is divided into three parts, between which there are grooves (3) enabling the bending of these parts, wherein on the lower and upper edges of each part of the strip (1) there are recesses (4), wherein the support in the folded state has the shape of a triangle in a top view and the side edges of the strip (1) are connected to each other by hooks (2).

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest wykrój wspornika dla pokrywek pudelek, w szczególnosci pudelek na pizze. Znane i popularne sa wsporniki pokrywek pudelek w postaci jednolitych elementów przestrzen- nych, zlozonych najczesciej z nózek polaczonych ze soba w górnej czesci lacznikami w postaci belek lub plaskiej powierzchni. Takie wsporniki, przy duzej ich ilosci w opakowaniu transportowym (np. worku), posiadaja wzglednie duza objetosc. Z publikacji czeskiego wzoru uzytkowego CZ33575U1 znany jest drewniany wspornik do pudelka na pizze, charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze jest wykonany z dwóch identycznych równoleglobocznych plytek, których wszystkie katy wewnetrzne wynosza 90°, w szczególnosci kwadratów, i polaczonych ze soba prostopadle poprzez wsuniecie szczelin utworzonych w osi plytek w polowie dlugosci ich boków. W tym rozwiazaniu problemem jest ewentualne zdekompletowanie elementów wspornika, oraz wzglednie uciazliwa koniecznosc jego skladania. Wykrój spornika dla pokrywek pudelek, w szczególnosci pudelek na pizze, wedlug wzoru uzytko- wego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac podluznego paska, którego krawedzie boczne wyposazone sa w zaczepy, przy czym pasek ten podzielony jest na trzy czesci, miedzy którymi znajduja sie rowki umozliwiajace zagiecie tych czesci, przy czym na dolnej i górnej krawedzi kazdej czesci paska znajduja sie wglebienia. Korzystnie, krawedzie wglebien maja ksztalt linii lamanej zlozonej z dwóch odcinków, przy czym polaczenie tych odcinków jest zaokraglone. W pierwszej postaci wzoru uzytkowego wykrój wspornika dla pokrywek pudelek, w szczególno- sci pudelek na pizze, ma ksztalt podluznego paska 1, którego krawedzie boczne wyposazone sa w za- czepy 2, przy czym pasek ten podzielony jest na trzy czesci, miedzy którymi znajduja sie rowki 3 umoz- liwiajace zagiecie tych czesci, przy czym na dolnej i górnej krawedzi kazdej czesci paska 1 znajduja sie wglebienia 4. Po zlozeniu wykrój wspornika tworzy wspornik, który w widoku z góry ma ksztalt trójkata a krawedzie boczne paska 1 polaczone sa ze soba poprzez zaczepy 2. Krawedzie wglebien 4 maja ksztalt linii lamanej zlozonej z dwóch odcinków, przy czym polaczenie tych odcinków jest zaokra- glone. Wykrój wspornika moze byc wykonany z papieru, tektury, tworzyw sztucznych lub innych mate- rialów o podobnych wlasciwosciach, w szczególnosci materialów na bazie wlókien roslinnych takich jak bagassa. W drugiej postaci wzoru uzytkowego krawedzie wglebien 4 maja ksztalt linii lamanej zlozonej z trzech odcinków, przy czym polaczenia tych odcinków sa zaokraglone. W trzeciej postaci wzoru uzytkowego krawedzie górna i dolna paska 1, wraz ze znajdujacymi sie na nich wglebieniami 4, maja ksztalt sinusoidy. Such supports, when used in large quantities in a transport package (e.g., a bag), are relatively bulky. Czech utility model publication CZ33575U1 describes a wooden support for a pizza box, characterized by being made of two identical parallelogram plates, all of whose internal angles are 90°, specifically squares, and joined perpendicularly by inserting slots created in the plates' axes halfway along their sides. In this solution, the problem is the potential for the bracket's components to become disassembled, as well as the relatively cumbersome need for assembly. All of the above problems are solved by the utility model's support cutout for box lids. It has a uniform construction because it forms a flat strip when unfolded, which helps reduce the volume of the support packages during transport.
