Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest laweta do prowadzenia górniczej wiertarki recznej. Urzadzenie umozliwia wykonywanie wiercen w podziemiach kopaln poprzez wykorzystanie jed- nej z typowych wiertarek recznych dostepnych na rynku w sposób zmechanizowany. Centralizator posiada zawias. Laweta umozliwia wykonywanie precyzyjnych otworów niemozliwych do wykonania podczas recznego prowadzenia zerdzi. Ponadto dzieki zastosowaniu recznie napedzanego srubowego mecha- nizmu posuwu, wiercenie odbywa sie bez wysilku a operator w pelni kontroluje proces wiercenia. 1 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny lawety, fig. 2 – widok suportu w ukladzie zebatka – lancuch, fig. 3 – widok centralizatora zerdzi. Lawete wedlug rozwiazania przedstawiono wedlug ponizszej realizacji. Ruch lancucha 10 wymusza zatem ruch suportu 1 (fig. 2). 3). PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a trailer for carrying a mining hand drill. The device enables drilling underground in mines using one of the typical hand drills available on the market in a mechanized manner. The current method of drilling using hand drills has a number of disadvantages and inconveniences that affect both the operator and the quality of the drilled holes. The problem to be solved is that in the current hand drilling method, the drill operator is forced to hold the heavy drill with their hands. Furthermore, during drilling, they are exposed to vibrations and forces resulting from the drill's torque. To achieve effective or even even possible drilling progress, the operator must constantly exert considerable physical force. Under such conditions, precision and repeatability of work are impossible, and work efficiency depends on the employee's physical fitness. Patent description PL216709 is known from the prior art. The invention concerns a mechanized tilting-rotating drilling system in a deep mine workings. The system has a hydraulic mining drill, pivotally mounted on the support of the tilting-rotating body of the drilling bed, with a degree of rotation in the horizontal plane and a degree of tilting-lowering movement in the vertical plane. A slide bearing socket is mounted at the end of the drilling bed body, through which the drill string is inserted. The system features a drill bed support that slides along guides and is attached to a Gall chain from a hand hoist, along with a handle and ratchet. The design is based on a carriage for guiding a mining hand drill. It features a sliding carriage on which the drill is mounted, with an anchored chain stretched between the drive sprocket and the idle sprocket and positioned on guides. It is equipped with a centralizer mounted on the drill's rotation axis. The centralizer features a wheel-based feed mechanism for the carriage. The carriage allows for the drilling of precise holes that are impossible to achieve when guiding the drill rod manually. Furthermore, thanks to the manually driven screw feed mechanism, drilling is effortless, and the operator has full control of the drilling process. The undoubted benefits of this device include: increased drilling efficiency, operator safety and comfort, improved hole quality and repeatability, and reduced drill rod wear. The carriage design is lightweight and mobile, allowing for single-operator transport. The solution is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the carriage, Fig. 2 shows the support in a sprocket-chain configuration, and Fig. 3 shows the drill rod centralizer. The carriage design is presented in the following embodiment. The space frame 6 welded from round steel pipes constitutes the base for the guides 3 on which the support 1 is guided. The guides 3 are connected to the space frame 6 by means of threaded connections, which enables mounting the support 1 and possible replacement of worn guides 3. The support 1 moves slidably on the guides 3 via the chain mechanism 2, with the help of the wheel 4 acting in both directions, and the friction is minimized by means of sliding sleeves made of plastic. The working feed is achieved by means of a chain mechanism 2, where a manually driven wheel 4 transmits the rotational motion to the drive sprocket 8, which in turn forces the movement of the chain 10 surrounding it. The chain 10 is spanned between the drive sprocket 8 and the idle sprocket 9 and is anchored in the support 1. The movement of the chain 10 therefore forces the movement of the support 1 (fig. 2). An opening centralizer 5 is mounted in the rotation axis of the mounted hand drill 7, which stabilizes the drill rod during drilling, particularly during the initial phase of making the hole. The centralizer 5 is made of a section of steel pipe 13 with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the tool used, and to facilitate the drilling process, it has an opening design. The tube 13 forming the centralizer 5 is cut longitudinally and its halves are welded to the structure forming the hinge 12 (Fig. 3). Anchor holes 11 are used to anchor the trailer to the workstation. The hand drill 7 is attached to the support 1 using handles.
