Pergola jest utwo- rzona z pionowych slupów polaczonych ze soba wzdluznymi belkami, a belki sa ze soba polaczone poprzeczkami, stanowiacymi podparcie dla pnaczy. Pergola charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wzdluzne belki sa usytuowane na róznych poziomach, a laczace je poprzeczki maja w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do litery „S" i sa obrotowo zamocowane we wzdluznych belkach za posrednictwem sworzni polaczonych z napedem. Z opisu KR101904280B1 znana jest konstrukcja pergoli posiadajaca po bokach panele wypelnia- jaco-stezajace, zas górna czesc konstrukcji pergoli przykryta jest elementem zacieniajacym. Panele wypelniajaco-stezajace 7 przykrecane sa do slupów wspierajacych 4 i slupów naroz- nych 3 oraz do belki wiencowej 5 od srodka wkretami ciesielskimi 6x120 mm w odstepach co 40 cm maksimum. Panel elementu zacieniajacego 8 przykrecany jest wkretami ciesielskimi 6x120 mm do belek wiencowych 5 i do belek stezajacych 6. The ring beams 5 are fastened to the corner columns 3 with 6x180 mm carpentry screws. The corner columns 3 and the supporting columns 4 of the gable ring beams 5 are fastened by screwing the above-mentioned screws. columns with M10, 140 mm screws, with washers and nuts, to foundation footings 1.
