Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm sprężyny (110), który unosi stosowane w uprawach systemy rozbijające (łapy) w kierunku do góry (y), gdy uderzają one w czynniki takie jak kamienie itd. w glebie bez odwracania gleby w maszynach (pługi dłutowe, pogłębiacze, kultywatory motykowe, pasowe maszyny do uprawiania gleby, łomy, maszyny kultywatorowe, itd.), w których system do orania i rozbijania wykorzystywany jest w sektorze rolniczym, o zwiększonej odporności na pęknięcia oraz trwałości strukturalnej zwiększonej dzięki zatrzaskowemu mocowaniu wału (111) w łapie do łożyska (112) wału, które zapewnia ruch sprężyny, co eliminuje osłabienie wytrzymałości strukturalnej wału (111) wynikające z przykręcenia lub spawania jak w uprzednim stanie techniki i dzięki czemu zapobiega uszkadzaniu maszyny przy zginaniu i unoszeniu łapy.
