Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy zaczepu mocującego, wykonanego z jednego odcinka drutu, posiadającego uformowaną z tego drutu pętlę stanowiącą sprężynę (3) oraz ramiona, pierwsze (2a) i drugie (2b), po obu stronach sprężyny (3), przy czym ramię pierwsze (2a) jest krótsze i zakończone jest pętlą mocującą (1), zaś ramię drugie (2b) jest dłuższe i jest ramieniem dociskowym oraz posiada na końcu część zagiętą (4) w płaszczyźnie ramienia drugiego (2b) równoległej do osi sprężyny (3), przy czym w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej do osi zwojów sprężyny (3) całe ramię drugie (2b) odchylone jest w stosunku do ramienia pierwszego (2a) pod kątem α ostrym. Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest zaczep mocujacy, wykonany z jednego odcinka drutu, po- siadajacy uformowana z tego drutu petle stanowiaca sprezyne oraz ramiona, pierwsze i drugie, po obu stronach sprezyny, przy czym ramie pierwsze jest krótsze i zakonczone jest petla mocujaca, zas ramie drugie jest dluzsze i jest ramieniem dociskowym oraz posiada na koncu czesc zagieta w plaszczyznie ramienia drugiego równoleglej do osi sprezyny, przy czym w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do osi zwojów sprezyny cale ramie drugie odchylone jest w stosunku do ramienia pierwszego pod katem ostrym. Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a fastening hook made of a single length of wire, having a loop formed from this wire constituting a spring and first and second arms on both sides of the spring, wherein the first arm is shorter and ends with a fastening loop, while the second arm is longer and acts as a pressure arm and has at its end a bent part in the plane of the second arm parallel to the axis of the spring, wherein in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the spring coils the entire second arm is deflected at an acute angle relative to the first arm.
W szczególnosci zaczep taki nadaje sie do mocowania róznego rodzaju ramek do ramy okiennej lub drzwiowej. Przykladem takiej ramki jest np. moskitiera. This type of hook is particularly suitable for attaching various types of frames to window or door frames. An example of such a frame is a mosquito net.
Znane sa rózne sposoby mocowania ramek, np. ramek z siatka chroniaca przed owadami, do ramy okien i drzwi. Najbardziej prymitywnym sposobem jest uzycie wkretów. Sposób ten jednak wy- maga przewiercenia zarówno mocowanej ramki, jak i ramy okna, co niejednokrotnie jest niedogodne i powoduje uszkodzenie. Ponadto, po usunieciu zamocowanej ramki pozostaja nieestetyczne otwory w ramie okiennej.
