Abstract
Wał napędowy zawierający część główną (10) i część drugorzędną (20), z których jedna zawiera wał (40) dopasowany do tulei (50), a druga zawiera tuleję (50), zapewniające teleskopowe połączenie ich ze sobą dla kompensowania zmian odległości wynikających z osiowych ruchów pojazdu i do przekazywania ruchu obrotowego wytwarzanego przez silnik pojazdu; wielowypust tulei i wielowypust wału (41), pasujące do siebie i rozmieszczone na zewnętrznej części wału (40) i wewnętrznej powierzchni tulei (50), tak że nie szkodzą funkcji teleskopowej i tak że obrotowy ruch jednej części jest przekazywany na drugą część; i widełki (60) umieszczone na sekcji końcowej jednej z części głównej (10) lub części drugorzędnej (20); miech, który poddaje się podczas teleskopowego ruchu wspomnianych części głównej (10) i części drugorzędnej (20), przy czym jeden koniec miecha jest przymocowany do tulei (40) za pośrednictwem końcowego elementu łączącego UB, a drugi koniec jest przymocowany bezpośrednio do odrzutnika, który służy do przykrycia szczeliny łożyska centralnego; które skonfigurowane jest do podtrzymywania części głównej (10) i części drugorzędnej (20).A drive shaft comprising a primary part (10) and a secondary part (20), one of which comprises a shaft (40) fitted to a bushing (50) and the other of which comprises a bushing (50) for telescopically connecting them together to compensate for distance variations resulting from axial movements of the vehicle and for transmitting rotational movement produced by the vehicle engine; a bushing spline and a shaft spline (41) mate with each other and disposed on an outer part of the shaft (40) and an inner surface of the bushing (50) so as not to impair the telescopic function and so that rotational movement of one part is transmitted to the other part; and a fork (60) disposed on an end section of one of the primary part (10) or the secondary part (20); a bellows that yields during telescopic movement of said primary part (10) and secondary part (20), wherein one end of the bellows is attached to the sleeve (40) via a terminal connecting element UB and the other end is attached directly to a slinger that serves to cover a central bearing slot; which is configured to support the primary part (10) and the secondary part (20).
