PL PL PLDescription of the model The subject of the utility model is a hip joint endoprosthesis cup, applicable for the surgical restoration of the hip joint function, which is mounted in the bone tissue socket by means of a "press-fit". For this purpose, an artificial cup is known from the European patent specification EP0179736B1, which can be screwed into the bone, is tapered in the direction of screwing in and has self-tapping bearing sides forming a thread. The area left free as a cutting groove has at least one recess with surface parts that are directed substantially transversely to the direction of movement of the bearing sides during screwing in, or that the area left free as a cutting groove has at least one such recess with at least one surface zone that has a roughness. An artificial joint is known from U.S. Patent No. US4883491A1, where the prosthesis includes a cup for use as part of an artificial ball and socket joint. The cup has a spherical outer surface on which a thread is formed for connection with bone, said outer surface includes a dome portion and a base portion, the dome portion is covered with a porous coating, and the base portion includes a screw thread and a plurality of columns covered with a porous coating that extend from the dome portion to a region of the base of the cup wherein the cup has its greatest width, the outer surface of the column with the porous coating lying substantially on the same sphere as the outer surface of the dome with the porous coating, said screw thread being free from the porous coating and interrupted by the columns with the porous coating so as to produce an alternating pattern of threaded columns adjacent to the columns with the porous coating, the threaded columns providing initial mechanical attachment of the prosthesis to the bone, and the columns covered with the porous coating enabling long-term attachment through bone ingrowth and remodeling. A solution for this purpose is also known from European patent EP3111892B1, wherein the implant has, at least in part, a surface structure comprising elevations and depressions, wherein the depressions have zones with a porous coating, the elevations having uncoated zones that are adjacent to coated zones in the depressions. The elevations have coated zones that are adjacent to coated zones in the depressions, wherein the thickness of the porous coating layer is less on the elevations than on the depressions. The elevations have coated zones that are adjacent to coated zones in the depressions, wherein the coating is less porous on the elevations than on the depressions. The elevations have coated zones that adhere to the coated zones in the depressions, with the abrasion resistance of the porous coating being greater on the elevations than in the depressions, where the porous coating extends along the contour of the depressions. A porous polymer implant is known from Polish patent description PL226891B1, which, according to an example embodiment, was used in the hip bone foramen of a rabbit. The implant's supporting structure was made of a biodegradable polymer material with a porosity of 40% to 80%. The implant was manufactured using a 3D printing method. The surface of the implant's supporting structure was covered with a 200 nm thick layer, which resulted in higher cell proliferation on the polymer implant than on a similar polymer scaffold without such a layer. Known from US patent US20180200062A1, an implant, specifically an acetabular implant, intended for implantation in bone has, at least partially, a surface structure with raised portions and recesses. The recesses have zones covered with a porous coating. The raised portions are either not coated at all or are coated in such a way that the coating in these areas has a thin layer or greater abrasion resistance. This achieves improved abrasion resistance when the implant is inserted into the bone. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a hip joint acetabular implant design that allows for increased effectiveness of a permanent connection to the bone through improved bone ingrowth and cell migration. The essence of the hip joint endoprosthesis cup according to the utility model having a monolithic body made of a polymeric material in the shape of a bowl, which on the external side has a heterogeneous, porous open surface and is provided on the base side with an external thread with two or three turns separated by longitudinal separating strips, consists in the fact that the heterogeneous porous surface in the part of the external thread of the body occupies the area between the turns, connecting with the porous surface on the longitudinal separating strips. The entire porous surface of the body is in the range of 800-1200 µm and has a layer thickness of 1-2.5 mm, and is composed of channels and irregularly arranged trabeculae in the form of irregular grains with an average size of 60 micrometers, the outlines of which are S-shaped, spatially twisted around the longer axis, and their thickness is 800-1200 µm. The solution according to the utility model, thanks to filling the surface of the body, including between the thread turns, with a porous surface in the range of 800-1200 µm and a layer thickness of 1-2.5 mm, composed of interconnected bars in the form of irregular grains with an average size of 60 micrometers, enables an increase in the contact surface and adhesion with the cells of the biological material and facilitates the application of cell cultures. The tests have shown that the porous surface of the acetabulum has an increased surface energy of 61 mN/m in relation to the raw building material, which determines the increased wettability of the implant surface, compared to acetabulum made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone), where the surface energy was approximately 44 mN/m, or made of PA6 (polyamide 6), where the surface energy was approximately 45 mN/m. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the acetabulum of a hip joint endoprosthesis in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 – the acetabulum in a longitudinal cross-section, Fig. 3 – a section of the acetabulum in a front view. The acetabulum of the hip joint endoprosthesis has a monolithic body 1 made of a polymeric material in the shape of a bowl, which on the outside has a non-uniform, porous surface 2 composed of interconnected trabeculae 3 in the form of irregular grains, the outlines of which are S-shaped, spatially twisted around the longer axis and channels 3'. The acetabulum on the base side 4 has a thread 5 with three turns 6 separated by longitudinal dividing strips 7. PL PL PL
