Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest poprzeczka pólki regalu metalowego. Wskazanym byloby opracowanie nowej, alternatywnej konstrukcji poprzeczki pólki regalu meta- lowego, która zapewni lepsza stabilnosc konstrukcji regalu i wieksze dopuszczalne maksymalne obcia- zenie pólki. Fig. 1 przedstawia pogladowo regal, w którym moze byc zastosowana poprzeczka wedlug wzoru uzytkowego. PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is the crossbar of a metal shelving unit. Modular metal shelving units are known, comprising a framework of metal profiles in which wooden shelves are mounted. A typical framework comprises four vertical legs connected by horizontal crossbars, which also support the shelves. Shelving units of this type are usually distributed as a self-assembly kit, which allows for small package dimensions. Typically, the legs and crossbars of the shelves contain mounting elements in the form of matching protrusions and holes, with both solutions with protrusions in the leg and holes in the crossbar, as well as solutions with holes in the leg and protrusions in the crossbar, being known. The crossbar is attached to the leg by hooking the tongue into a hole at the appropriate height, allowing the elements to be joined into a relatively stable overall structure, which is reinforced when the shelves are loaded – the tongues are then pressed against the edges of the holes. An example of this type of shelf is known from American patent US11083289B2, which describes the shelves' legs as L-shaped profiles with keyhole-shaped holes, and the shelf crossbars or leg connectors (when one leg is to be placed on top of the other to increase the shelf height) have riveted tongues. Typical shelf crossbars of this type have two holes on each side, designed to hook into two tongues in the shelves' legs. This places a certain limit on the maximum permissible shelf load, especially when the crossbar is made of relatively thin sheet metal. It would be advisable to develop a new, alternative design for the crossbar of a metal shelving unit, which would provide improved stability of the shelving structure and a higher maximum permissible shelf load. The subject of the utility model is a crossbar of a metal shelving unit, constructed from a sheet metal strip, in which each shorter edge is provided with a series of holes, each having a trapezoidal upper section tapering upwards and a certain width of the lower base, and an adjacent lower section with a width at its widest greater than the width of the upper section's base. Each row of holes contains three holes spaced equidistant from each other. Preferably, the lower section of the holes has rectangular edges with rounded corners. Preferably, the lower section of the holes has circular edges. Preferably, the lower part of the openings has edges in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, wherein the radius of rounding of the lower corners is greater than the radius of rounding of the upper corners. Preferably, the lower part of the openings has edges in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, wherein the vertical axis constituting the axis of symmetry of the rectangle is horizontally spaced from the vertical axis constituting the axis of symmetry of the upper part, and the radius of rounding of the upper corner at the longer side is greater than the radius of rounding of the upper corner at the shorter side. The subject of the utility model is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows an overview of a shelf in which a crossbar according to the utility model can be used; Figs. 2A, 2B and 2C respectively show the crossbar in a first form of the design in a diagonal front view, the plurality of holes in a front view from the outside of the shelf, and the plurality of holes in the crossbar mounted on the leg projections in a view from the inside of the shelf; Figs. 3A, 3B and 3C respectively show the crossbar in a second form of the design in a diagonal front view, the plurality of holes in a front view from the outside of the shelf, and the plurality of holes in the crossbar mounted on the leg projections in a view from the inside of the shelf; Figs. 4A, 4B and 4C respectively show the crossbar in a third form of the design in a diagonal front view, the plurality of holes in a front view from the outside of the shelf, and the plurality of holes in the crossbar mounted on the leg projections in a view from the inside of the shelf; Figures 5A, 5B, and 5C show, respectively, the crossbar in the fourth embodiment of the design in an oblique front view, a series of holes in a front view from the outside of the shelf, and a series of holes in the crossbar mounted on the leg projections in a view from the inside of the shelf. This utility model is shown in the drawings in several embodiments, all of which are characterized by a common structure, namely, all of them contain three holes on the sides of the shelf crossbar. All embodiments therefore encompass the same solution for the construction of a durable object, which is the crossbar of a metal shelf, differing only in the shape of the holes. Figure 1 is an illustrative illustration of a shelf in which the crossbar according to the utility model can be used. The shelf comprises four legs made of angle bars 10, between which crossbars 20 are mounted, on which shelves 30 rest. Each of the crossbars 20 is made of a sheet metal strip, the longer edges 23, 24 of which can be bent inwards (i.e. towards the side that is adjacent to the legs of the shelf). At each of the shorter edges 21, 22 of the crossbar 20 there is a row 25, 26 (marked with a dashed line) of holes 30 arranged one above the other, which have an upper part 31 of a trapezoidal shape narrowing upwards and having a width of the lower base S1 and an adjacent lower part 32 having a width S2 at its widest point greater than the width S1 of the base of the upper part 31. The terms "bottom" and "top" should be understood as designations of the target position for which the crossbar is intended to be mounted on a shelf. The widths S1, S2 are selected to match the shape of the projections 11 of the angle 10 constituting the shelf leg, which may have the shape shown in Fig. 2C, 3C, 4C, 5C or another shape, for example rivets (the shape of the projections 11 is not important for the present utility model). The crossbar 20 is mounted to the shelf legs in such a way that the lower part 32 of the opening is placed on the projections, and then the crossbar 20 is lowered so that the projections 11 are jammed in the upper part 31. The width S2 of the lower part 32 should be large enough and in such an area that it is possible to place the projection 11 in the lower part 32. In turn, the width S1 of the upper part 31 should be small enough to allow the projection 11 to be jammed in it. A characteristic feature of all forms of the present utility model is the structure of the crossbar characterized in that each row 25, 26 of openings contains three openings 30 arranged at an equal distance D from each other. Distance D should be equal to the distance between the projections 11 on the shelf leg, which are typically mounted in a row extending along the entire length of the leg, so that the crossbars (and therefore the shelves) can be mounted at a height adjusted to the needs. Because each row 25, 26 contains three holes 30, the crossbar 20 is more stably attached to the angle bracket 10 constituting the shelf leg and can withstand greater loads than a prior art crossbar made of sheet metal of the same thickness but with two holes. The shapes of the individual holes, however, are irrelevant to the design of the crossbar and can take on various forms. In a first embodiment of the present design shown in Figs. 2A-2C, the lower portion 32 of the openings 30 has rectangular-shaped edges 41 with a width S2 and rounded corners 42. In a second embodiment of the present design shown in Figs. 3A-3C, the lower portion 32 of the openings 30 has circular-shaped edges 51 with a diameter S2. In the third embodiment of the present design shown in Figs. 4A-4C, the lower part 32 of the openings 30 has edges in the shape of a rectangle 61 of width S2, with rounded corners 62, 63, wherein the radius of rounding of the lower corners 62 is greater than the radius of rounding of the upper corners 63. In the fourth embodiment of the present design shown in Figs. 5A-5C, the lower part 32 of the openings 30 has edges in the shape of a rectangle 71 of width S2, with rounded corners 72, 73, wherein the vertical axis O7 constituting the axis of symmetry of the rectangle 71 is spaced horizontally from the vertical axis O3 constituting the axis of symmetry of the upper part 31. In this preferred embodiment, the radius of rounding of the upper corner 74 at the longer side is greater than top corner rounding radius 73 on the shorter side. PL
