Opis wzoru Znane sa nakretki dozujace przeznaczone do dozowania proszku do wody. Fig. 4 przedstawia nakretke dozujaca 1 w pozycji odchylonej, gdzie podstawa 20 jest nadal pola- czona z opaska 30 przymocowana do butelki poprzez elastyczny zawias 31. Taka konstrukcja umozliwia uzytkownikowi picie cieczy z butelki lub nalewanie cieczy bez calkowitego usuwania nakretki 1 z butelki. PLDesign Description: Dosing caps designed for dispensing powder into water are known. Mixes for flavored drinks, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, or instant coffees and teas are dispensed this way. The goal is to allow the user to prepare a freshly mixed drink anywhere, anytime. In many cases, it is essential that these powders be dispensed just before consumption, as some products may lose their effectiveness, flavor, or nutritional value after being mixed with a liquid and over time. For example, vitamins and minerals can oxidize, and flavors can degrade, affecting the quality of the final product. Furthermore, some ingredients can react with each other, which can lead to undesirable changes in the consistency or flavor of the drink. European patent EP2566785B1 discloses a dispensing cap designed to fit onto the neck of a bottle, comprising a container with a button that ruptures the membrane, so that activating the button releases the container's contents into the bottle. The goal was to develop improvements in the design of dispensing caps that would make these products more environmentally friendly. The subject of the utility model is a dispensing cap for bottles of liquid, comprising a container having a flexible cover and a cylindrical side wall extending downwardly from the flexible cover, a base attached to the container, the base having an upper membrane with a central flexible part and a cylindrical side wall, and wherein at the top of the base along its circumference there is a groove in which the lower edge of the cylindrical side wall of the container is attached, and between the container and the base there is a reservoir, in the interior of which there is a pin attached to the underside of the flexible cover at the location of a central button, the pin being terminated with a tip which, when the button is pressed, moves to a position below the flexible part of the membrane, and a fastening band connected to the base, characterized in that the fastening band is connected to the base by means of a flexible hinge. The dispensing cap designed for this utility model allows for on-demand mixing of ingredients with liquids in conventional bottles. A key feature of this design is the flexible hinge, which ensures the cap remains firmly attached to the bottle, even after its contents have been released and the bottle has been emptied of liquid. This ensures the product complies with the latest European Union regulations aimed at reducing environmental pollution from plastic waste. Furthermore, after dispensing the contents of the container into the bottle and partially consuming the mixed contents, the cap can be repositioned on the bottle spout using the hinge, without the risk of loss. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the dosing cap in the closed position, Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view (along line A-A in Fig. 1) of the dosing cap before rupture of the membrane, Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view (along line A-A in Fig. 1) of the dosing cap after rupture of the membrane, and Fig. 4 shows the dosing cap in a deflected position, in side view, front view and in cross-section along line B-B, respectively. The dosing cap according to the utility model is intended for use with conventional liquid containers, such as plastic bottles commonly used for water, juices and other potable liquids. The cap enables separate storage of an ingredient which can be mixed with the liquid before consumption to form a solution or suspension. The cap is made of a plastic material typically used for the production of caps, for example high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). The dispensing cap 1 comprises an integrated container 10 and a base 20 as well as a fastening band 30. The fastening band 30 is connected to the base 20 by means of a flexible hinge 31, through which the base 20 together with the container 10 can be easily moved from a closed position (as in Fig. 1, 2, 3) to a tilted position (as in Fig. 4). The hinge 31 may be in the form of flexible arms that are moveable from a bent position to a straight position. Furthermore, bridges (i.e. easily tearable plastic elements in the form of thin threads) may be provided between the base 20 and the fastening band 30. The container 10 has a flexible cover 12 forming the top wall of the container 10, a pin 14 attached thereto, and a cylindrical side wall 11 extending down to the base 20. The base 20 has a cylindrical side wall 21 and an upper membrane 22 with a central flexible portion 23 serving as the bottom wall of a reservoir 2 for an ingredient to be mixed with the liquid in the bottle when the container 10 is connected to the base 20. A groove 26 is provided on the top of the side wall 21 of the base 20, in which the lower edge of the cylindrical side wall 11 is secured. by pressing, gluing or welding. On the inner surface of the side wall 21 of the base 20 there is a thread 27, through which the cap 1 can be mounted on a threaded bottle neck. The stem 14 is permanently attached to the underside of the flexible cover 12 in its central part forming the button 13 and extends downwards, where it terminates in a tip 15, preferably sharpened. When the button 13 is pressed (as in Fig. 3), the stem 14 is in a lowered position, causing the tip 15 to pierce the flexible part 23, which creates an opening 24 in the membrane 22 and allows the contents of the reservoir 2 to be drained into the liquid in the bottle. When pressed, the button 13 locks in a downward position, holding the rod 14 in place so that the opening 24 is clear for complete dispensing of the contents of the reservoir 2 into the bottle. To facilitate puncturing the flexible portion 23, it may be thinner than the rest of the membrane 22, and it may also have pre-weakenings 25, e.g., in the form of cuts on its surface. This design ensures that the contents of the reservoir 2 remain hermetically sealed until the membrane 22 ruptures. The activation mechanism is convenient for the user, requiring only a small force to press the button 13 to release the contents of the reservoir through the membrane 22 ruptured by the pin 14. Fig. 4 shows the dispensing cap 1 in a tilted position, where the base 20 is still connected to the band 30 attached to the bottle via a flexible hinge 31. This design allows the user to drink liquid from the bottle or pour liquid without completely removing the cap 1 from the bottle.
