PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a swivel seat with adjustable position, intended for persons with mobility disabilities, particularly those who have had a leg amputated or have lower limb and spine dysfunction, attached to a stair railing. Polish patent application no. PL409380 discloses a suspended folding seat assembly mounted on a support element, particularly a door leaf, comprising a longitudinal hook assembly suspended directly on the support element, to which a folding seat module is mounted, comprising transverse stabilizing elements that engage the side edges of the support element, wherein these transverse stabilizing elements have a continuously adjustable length and take the form of straps with adjustable lengths and hooks at their ends. In turn, the folding seat module has a base element mounted on a longitudinal hook assembly, on which the folding seat is releasably mounted. Polish patent description of the invention No. PL233304B1 describes a folding frame seat having frames, beams, plates, hinges, and brackets, characterized in that it consists of a first frame with a base, a rear beam, a front beam, and a top beam, wherein in the middle part of the frame there is a first middle beam parallel to the base connected to a second middle beam connected to the base, and between the second middle beam and the front beam there is a first hinge of the first plate, located on its first side, and on the other side of the first plate there is a second hinge, connected to the second plate on the first side. The second panel on the other side is connected by a panel hinge to the fourth central beam of the second frame, which has the same design as the first frame. This seat's design allows it to be completely folded, so that its frames touch each other when folded. Wall-mounted shower chairs designed for people with disabilities are also known, consisting of a flat seat attached to a frame, the rear of which is detachably connected (for example, with screws) to the wall via typical hinge elements. The front of the seat is connected to at least one leg with a rubber foot, and this leg is mounted on a pin or other hinge element, allowing for easy folding and unfolding. Examples of this type of structure are presented on the website: https://bsd.sklep.pl/krzeselko-prysznicowe-dla-niepelnospraw-nych-uchylne-wzmocnione-z-noga-biale-fi25 and: https://helpik24.pl/sprzet-toaletowy/10196-la-weczka-pod-prysznic-sophia-854-rf-854-reha-fund.html (as of 298022). The purpose of the utility model is to develop a simple and compact swivel seat structure with adjustable positioning for people with mobility disabilities, especially after leg amputation or with lower limb dysfunction, enabling it to be attached to the stair railing from the stair entrance. In addition to its resting function, it will also facilitate manually pulling the wheelchair up or down the stairs. A swivel seat with adjustable position for persons with mobility disabilities, equipped with a plate element, the lower surface of which is releasably connected to two substantially plate-shaped bases of coaxially arranged sleeve elements in which horizontal tubular elements of its legs are mounted, is characterized in that the lower surface of the plate element of this seat is releasably connected to a substantially rectangular plate constituting a single monolith with a sleeve in which a load-bearing rod is releasably connected to it with another sleeve mounted on it, equipped with a substantially rectangular plate, releasably connected to the plate element forming a single monolith with the outer wall of the profiled sheet metal element, loosely and releasably connected to another substantially rectangular plate. The supporting rod is connected to the sleeve by means of a screw threaded into a hole in the sleeve's side surface and a threaded hole in the rod's side surface. In turn, the profiled sheet metal element is connected to a generally rectangular plate by means of screws and nuts threaded into the elongated holes in the element and the plate. Preferably, the lower surface of the plate-shaped seat element is connected to a rectangular plate with a sleeve by means of screws screwed into the mounting holes of this plate, while the rectangular plate of the sleeve mounted on the load-bearing rod is connected to a plate-shaped element of the sheet metal element by means of screws screwed into the mounting holes of this plate and the through holes of this plate-shaped element, while to the lower surface of the plate-shaped seat element, by means of screws, are attached two rectangular plate-shaped bases of two monolithic horizontally and coaxially positioned sleeve-shaped elements with flanged offsets, to which one face of the profile locking clamps is adhered, screwed to the lower surface of this plate-shaped element by means of screws screwed into the mounting holes of these clamps, and next to one shorter side A profiled safety clamp is screwed to the bottom surface of the plate-shaped element using screws driven into its mounting holes. It is advantageous for the two sleeve elements and locking clamps to house the horizontal tubular elements of two detachably connected tubular legs. The end of the horizontal tubular element of one tubular leg terminates in an offset whose dimensions are adapted to the internal diameter of the end of the horizontal tubular element of the other tubular leg. Both ends of the horizontal tubular elements of both tubular legs are connected using screws driven into the offset hole of one horizontal tubular element and the hole of the other horizontal tubular element. It is also advantageous for the sheet metal element to have shortened, narrower side walls and for both locking clamps, the safety clamp, and the sheet metal element to have a U-shaped profile. It's also beneficial when the upper surface of the plate-shaped seat element is arcuate and concave, made of plastic, and the tubular legs are finished with rubber feet. The pivoting connection of the seat legs with sleeve elements connected to the plate element, and the use of a supporting rod in the plate-shaped seat element, which is pivotally and slidably connected to a sleeve connecting to a sheet metal element mounted to the stair railing, significantly facilitates the use of this seat by people with mobility disabilities. The use of locking clamps allows the seat legs to be rigidly locked in a vertical position after unfolding, ensuring adequate seat stability and safety during use. The use of a sheet metal element equipped with elongated holes connected to a rectangular plate allows for quick attachment of this seat to the stair railing. Mounting the swivel seat, as per the utility model, on the stair railing from the entrance to the stairs makes it easier for a disabled person, for example, to manually pull a wheelchair up or down the stairs using rigid telescopic metal handles or ropes. The subject of the utility model in an example of its implementation is shown in drawing fig. 1–fig. 10, in which fig. 1 - shows a swivel seat with its adjustable position in the folded state in a front view, fig. 2 - the same seat in the folded state in a perspective view from the back, fig. 3 - the same seat in the unfolded state of its components in a perspective view from the back, fig. 4 - enlarged detail "A" of the connection of the plate element of this seat with its one leg, sleeve element, locking clamp and securing clamp in the unfolded state in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same seat in the unfolded state of its components in a perspective view from the front (after its folding), fig. 6 - the same seat in the folded state, mounted to the stair railing in a perspective view from the front, fig. 7 - the same seat mounted to the stair railing in a perspective view tive view from the back, fig. 8 - the same seat shown in fig. 6 and 7, but with its rectangular plate element intended for seating unfolded and supported by two tubular legs in a perspective view from the front, fig. 9 - enlarged detail "B" of one leg of this seat turned to a vertical position in the locking bracket in a perspective view, and fig. 10 - enlarged detail "C" of the connection of the sheet metal element and plate of this seat with the stair railing in a perspective view. The swivel seat with adjustable position for people with mobility disabilities, shown in fig. 1-10, comprises a rectangular plate element 1 made of plastic (PVC) with rounded edges and corners 2 and an arc-concave upper surface 3. Two essentially rectangular plate bases 6 with mounting holes 7 of two identical monolithic horizontally and coaxially located sleeve elements 8 with their front external flanged offsets 9 are attached to the lower surface 4 of the plate element 1 by means of screws 5. 5' screwed into mounting holes 11 of these clamps, wherein one face of the locking clamps 10 adjoins the flanged offsets 9 of the sleeve elements 8, while next to one shorter side of the plate element 1, a securing clamp 13 with a U-shaped profile is fastened to its lower surface 4 by means of screws 12, screwed into mounting holes 14 made in this clamp. In both sleeve elements 8 and locking clamps 10, thus fastened to the lower surface 4 of the plate element 1, horizontal tubular elements 15 and 15' of two tubular legs 16 and 16' are mounted, the ends of the vertical tubular elements 17 and 17' of which are equipped with anti-slip rubber feet 18, wherein the end of the horizontal tubular element 15 of the tubular leg 16 has an offset 19 with a height of in measures adapted to the internal diameter of the end of the horizontal tubular element 15' of the tubular leg 16' in which it is mounted, and furthermore both ends of the horizontal tubular elements 15 and 15' are connected to each other by means of screws 20 screwed into the hole 21 of the offset 19 of the horizontal tubular element 15 and the hole 22 of the horizontal tubular element 15', wherein in the folded state of the seat the vertical tubular element 17' of the tubular leg 16' is mounted in the securing clamp 13. Furthermore, to the lower surface 4 of the plate element 1 of this seat, next to one sleeve element 8, a rectangular plate 24 is fastened by means of screws 23, constituting one monolith with the sleeve 25, wherein the screws 23 are screwed into the mounting holes 26 of this plate. A support rod 27 with a sleeve 28 mounted on it and equipped with a rectangular plate 29 with mounting holes 30 made in the corners of this plate is mounted in the sleeve 25. In turn, the supporting rod 27 is connected at one end to the sleeve 25 by means of a screw 31 screwed into a hole 32 made on the side surface of this sleeve and into a threaded hole 33 made on the side surface of the supporting rod 27. The rectangular plate 29 is connected to the plate element 34 by means of four screws 35 screwed into the mounting holes 30 of this plate and the through holes 36 of the plate element 34, which is a monolith with a rectangular outer wall 37 of a sheet metal element 38 with a U-shaped profile with both of its narrower side walls 39 shortened, wherein the outer wall 37 has three through elongated holes 40 on its surface next to both of its longer sides, located in two rows and facing each other. In turn, the sheet metal element 38 is loosely connected to the rectangular plate 41 by means of screws 42 and nuts 43 screwed into the elongated holes 40 of this element and holes 44 of the plate 41, which enables the connection of the said seat with the balustrade 45 of the stairs 46. The assembly of the said swivel seat to the balustrade 45 of the stairs 46 consists in the following: after previously dismantling the rectangular plate 41 from the sheet metal element 38, the outer surface of the sheet metal element 38 is applied to the vertical typical bar elements of the balustrade 45 from one side, and from the other side of these bars, the previously dismantled plate 41 is mounted on the screws 42. Then, the nuts 43 are screwed tightly onto the screws 42, obtaining a rigid connection of the seat with balustrade 45 stairs 46 (fig. 7 and 10). In the folded state, the tubular legs 16 and 16' of the seat mounted to the balustrade 45 adhere to the rod elements of this balustrade (fig. 6 and 7), whereas in order to unfold it, a disabled person (user), especially one using a wheelchair, grabs the plate element 1 of the seat and slides it in front of the balustrade 45, sliding the supporting element 27 on the sleeve 28. Then, he/she rotates the plate element 1 by 90°, thereby rotating the supporting element 27 in the sleeve 28, and then laterally slides the horizontal tubular elements 15 and 15' of the tubular legs 16 and 16' on the sleeve elements 8 so as to slide the tubular leg 16' out of the clamp 13, and then rotates the tubular legs 16 and 16' in the sleeve elements 8 by 90°. 90°, resting their feet 18 on the ground, and then moves these legs laterally, locking their vertical tubular elements 17 and 17' in the brackets 10, thereby stabilizing the position of these legs (fig. 8 and 9). The user can transfer from the wheelchair to the seat prepared in this way by sitting on its plate element 1 and using additional typical equipment for manual transport of the wheelchair (e.g., rigid telescopic metal handles or ropes), depending on the need, can pull the wheelchair up or lower it down the stairs.
