Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do pomiaru siły zacisku kości szczęki i kości żuchwy z elementami zaciskowymi w postaci płaskowników współpracujących z czujnikiem siły. Urządzenie składa się dwóch aluminiowych płaskowników: górnego (1G) i dolnego (1D) o wymiarach 180x5 mm, osadzonych na dwóch elastycznych dystansach (ED) o grubości 4 mm umieszczonych po przeciwległych bokach płaskowników (1G) i (1D). Pomiędzy płaskownikami (1G) i (1D), od ich wewnętrznej strony i w ich centralnej części, znajdują się dwa tensometry rezystancyjne (T1) i (T2) osadzone nad wybraniami (W) płaskownika (1D) i dociskane piórami (P) płaskownika (1G). Na zewnętrznych powierzchniach płaskowników (1G) i (1D) przyklejone są nakładki (N) wykonane z polimocznika o długości 130 mm. Tensometry rezystancyjne (T1) i (T2), połączone są przewodowo z jednostką roboczą z wyświetlaczem wyniku pomiaru siły oraz źródłem zasilania.The subject of the application is a device for measuring the clamping force of the maxillary and mandibular bones with clamping elements in the form of flat bars cooperating with a force sensor. The device consists of two aluminum flat bars: an upper (1G) and a lower (1D) bar, measuring 180x5 mm, mounted on two flexible spacers (ED) 4 mm thick, located on opposite sides of the flat bars (1G) and (1D). Between the flat bars (1G) and (1D), on their inner side and in their central part, are two resistive strain gauges (T1) and (T2), mounted over the recesses (W) of the flat bar (1D) and pressed by the tongues (P) of the flat bar (1G). 130 mm long polyurea overlays (N) are glued to the outer surfaces of the flat bars (1G) and (1D). Resistance strain gauges (T1) and (T2) are connected by wires to the working unit with the force measurement result display and the power source.
