Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pojemnik do transportu zamkniętych źródeł promieniotwórczych, mający zastosowanie w transporcie przy przewożeniu niebezpiecznych dla człowieka źródeł promieniowania. Pojemnik do transportu zamkniętych źródeł promieniotwórczych, posiadający cylindryczną stalową obudowę zewnętrzną wypełnioną izolatorem ze stopu z metali z przewagą ołowiu o dużej gęstości właściwej, w którym to wykonane jest gniazdo do umieszczania w nim źródła promieniotwórczego zamykanym korkiem także wykonanym ze stopu metali z przewagą ołowiu o dużej gęstości właściwej, charakteryzuje się tym, że w izolatorze (8) umieszczona jest cylindryczna, mająca profil podłużny zbliżony do litery S rurka będąca gniazdem (7) do obsadzania przegubowego bagnetu (11) ze źródłem promieniotwórczym (12), przy czym cylindryczna obudowa (2) od góry zamknięta jest deklem górnym (4) z otworem, poprzez który gniazdo (7) łączy się z króćcem (5), do którego jest wkręcony adapter (9), zamykany stalowym korkiem (6) z wypełnieniem izolującym oraz z pionowo usytuowaną w prowadnicy sprężyną dociskową (13).
