Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wiata ochronna, zwłaszcza rowerowa, zaopatrzona w dach i podpory, charakteryzująca się tym, że podzielona jest na dach (1) poziomy zaokrąglony w formie zwężającego się rękawa, gdzie jedna ze stron jest zaokrąglona i stanowi krawędź natarcia (3), a druga ostro zakończona w przekroju podłużnym i stanowi krawędź spływu (4), a ponadto dach (1) wykonany jest w całości z kompozytu GFRP zbrojonego z włóknami szklanymi i polimerową osnową z odpadowego materiału stanowiącego zużytą łopatę turbiny wiatrowej i ma długość (b) wynoszącą co najmniej 2,9 m, a szerokość (a) dachu (1) co najmniej 2,4 m, największa wysokość (h1) dachu (1) w najszerszej części w widoku z boku do 0,8 m, korzystnie od 0,5 m do 0,8 m, przy czym ta najszersza część dachu (1) jest na długości wynoszącej 10%-50% całkowitej szerokości (a) dachu (1) nad słupami podporowymi (2) w kształcie zbliżonym do litery V o zmiennej grubości, korzystnie wynoszącej od 0,1 m do 0,4 m, gdzie jedna ze stron jest zaokrąglona, a druga ostro zakończona w przekroju podłużnym, zaś wysokość (h2) obu słupów podporowych (2), na której spoczywa dach (1) liczona od podłoża wynosi od 1,0 m do 1,7 m, korzystnie około 1,5 m od podłoża, przy czym w dachu (1) wykonane jest wycięcie (5) w płaszczyźnie dolnej wzdłuż osi symetrii dachu (1) na długości (e) wynoszącej minimum 2,0 m i szerokości (f) minimum 1,8 m i odległość położenia wycięcia (5) od krawędzi spływu (4) wynosi maksymalnie 0,3 m, a od krawędzi natarcia (3) od 0,5 m do 0,7 m.
