Description

W tefn sposób otayimluje sie,, bez stosowania potrzebnej do stopienia ma- terjaln wysokiej temperatury i bez stosowa¬ nia wiekszych ilosci zmniejszajacych zawar¬ tosc kwasu fosforowego dodatków, wysoko- wartosciowy tiawóz, zawierajacy kwas fos¬ forowy w stanie latwym do asymilacji.Okazalo sie korzystnem dodawanie do traktowanych fosforanów okolo 6°/0 wegla¬ nu wapnia. PL PL PLThe present invention relates to the production of easily assimilable phosphorus fertilizer by obtaining mineral phosphates without the use of sulfuric acid. It has already been proposed to mix mixtures of mineral phosphates, especially of inferior grades, with calcium carbonate in such an amount that at least 4 calcium molecules fall on one molecule of phosphoric acid (P20-o), and then, if necessary, after spreading in the air, grind the mixture. It has also been proposed to produce compounds of readily soluble phosphoric and silicic acid by converting a mixture of phosphate rocks and artificial silicon compounds and lime into a flammable liquid and treating the mixture in this state with water. This method requires the use of high temperatures (sintering and melting temperatures!) and relatively large amounts of additional substances, which necessarily reduces the content of phosphoric acid in the product. The tests that led to the present invention have shown that it is possible to produce a completely usable phosphoric fertilizer in a simple way by incandescent mineral phosphates, especially higher grades, with relatively small amounts of calcium carbonate at a temperature of 100°C. 600° C at most and trituration with water. In this way, a high-quality phosphate containing phosphoric acid in an easily assimilated state is obtained without the high temperature required to melt the material and without the use of large amounts of additives that reduce the phosphoric acid content. It has been found advantageous to add about 6% calcium carbonate to the treated phosphates. PL PL PL
