Opisane wyzej, znane regaly nie nadaja sie do eksponowania atrakcyjnych towarów w opakowaniach o niewielkich rozmiarach, zwlaszcza produktów kosmetycznych, gdyz wysoki brzeg pólki znanego regalu niemal calkowicie zaslania eksponowane wyroby. Jednoczesnie, regaly opisane wyzej wytwarzane sa w oparciu o formy o staly wymiarach, zatem zmiana wymiarów pólki wymaga budowy nowego narzedzia - formy wtryskowej, co laczy sie z poniesieniem wysokich nakladów. Skladany regal ekspozycyjny wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci wynikajace z nowego uksztaltowania pojedynczej pólki tego regalu oraz elementów dystansujacych pólki wzgledem siebie, a takze z zastosowania zaczepów stabilizujacych, zapewniajacych trwalosc i sztywnosc regalu po jego zmontowaniu. PL PL PLThe subject of this industrial design is a display rack. Typical, familiar racks are constructed of rectangular, injection-molded plastic shelves and connected connectors in the form of tubes, rods, or angles, creating a stable and durable unit. Typically, rectangular shelves have sockets for mounting the connectors located outside the display area of individual shelves, on the sides in the corners or on the front and rear walls. This adversely affects the use of space and the aesthetics of the rack as a whole. Each shelf is reinforced with massive ribs and a high rim. The familiar racks described above are not suitable for displaying attractive goods in small packages, especially cosmetic products, as the high rim of the shelf of the familiar rack almost completely obscures the displayed products. At the same time, the shelves described above are manufactured using molds with fixed dimensions, so changing the shelf dimensions requires the construction of a new tool – an injection mold, which is associated with significant costs. The foldable display shelf, based on the current industrial design, boasts novel and original features stemming from the new shape of each shelf and the spacers between the shelves, as well as the use of stabilizing hooks, ensuring the shelf's durability and rigidity after assembly. The material and surface properties of the individual shelf components also contribute to its novelty and originality. The subject of the present industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1a shows a three-tiered shelf according to the pattern in a perspective view from above, Fig. 1b shows the same shelf in a bottom view, Fig. 2a shows a single shelf of the shelf according to the pattern shown in a perspective view from above, Fig. 2b shows the same shelf in a side view, and Fig. 2c - in a perspective view from below, Fig. 3 shows a side wall in a perspective view from below, and Fig. 4 shows a catch used to lock the connection of the shelf with the side walls attached from above and below, respectively. Essential features of the present industrial design: • The display shelf according to the present industrial design shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 to 4 consists of at least two shelves (1) made of plastics by injection into molds with replaceable elements enabling the increase or decrease of the depth and/or width of the shelves within certain ranges, depending on the type of products intended to be displayed on the shelf, i.e. shelves (I) of modular construction, low weight and high strength, functional and aesthetic shape, connected by connectors (2) in the form of plates bent at an approximately right angle, mounted in slotted side sockets (12) located along the edges of the side shelves (1) and in slotted rear sockets (6 and 8) located respectively on the upper and lower surfaces of each shelf (i) along its rear edge. • Each connector (2) in the display rack according to the current industrial design is made as a plastic molding with bulges (9) on the free, vertical edges and with a longer side - forming the side wall of the rack, stiffened thanks to a slight bend (13) outwards, having horizontal notches Q4) cut on the inner surface in the bend area, enabling the hooking of the hinged teeth (16) of the catches (15) blocking the connectors (2) in the sockets (6, 8, 12), wherein the catches (15) are mounted in the through holes located in the rear corners of the shelves (1). • In the current design of the display rack, the slotted side sockets (12) are arcuately bent outwards, in accordance with the slight bend (13) of the longer side arms of the connectors (2). • The connectors (2) in the current industrial design of the display rack can be made of transparent colorless plastic or transparent plastic in the same color as the shelves (1). • Each shelf (1) in a display rack according to the current industrial design has vertical reinforcements (5) along its side edges with a characteristic shape and a narrowing in the middle, which together with elliptical ribs (4) create slotted side sockets (12) for mounting connectors (2), and on the bottom, on the lower surface, it has evenly spaced reinforcing ribs (7) running parallel to the front and rear edges of the shelf (1), and additionally, along the front edge of the shelf (I) there is a convex, transparent glass (10) covering a channel (JJ) for placing price cards or information and advertising materials. • The upper shelf (i) in a display rack according to the current industrial design may be shallower than the shelves (i) on the lower levels. • The top shelf (I) in the current industrial design display rack can be equipped with plates (3) to protect the goods displayed on this shelf from sliding and to display or attach advertisements. • The outer surface of the shelves (1) of the current industrial design display rack can be finished in any desired way – glossy or matte.
