Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tabletka detergentowa. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie tabletki detergentowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia tabletke detergentowa w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu, fig.2- tabletke w widoku z dolu, fig.3- tabletke w widoku z góry, fig.4- tabletke w widoku z boku, a fig.5- tabletke w widoku z tylu. Tabletka detergentowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majaca ksztalt prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi krawedziami i narozami, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w objetosci tabletki widoczne sa dwa segmenty o zróznicowanych kolorach oraz czerwona wkladka. Objetosciowo wiekszy segment ma kolor bialy z niebieskimi wtraceniami, a objetosciowo mniejszy segment ma kolor ciemnoniebieski, przy czym granica pomiedzy segmentami ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys linii bedacej polaczeniem linii lukowatej i falistej, które sa zbiezne we wspólnym punkcie. Czerwona wkladka, majaca ksztalt walca, jest usytuowana w falistym zakolu granicznej linii pomiedzy segmentami tabletki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a detergent tablet. The novelty and unique character of the design are reflected in the shape of the detergent tablet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the detergent tablet in perspective views from the side, top, and front; Fig. 2 shows the tablet from below; Fig. 3 shows the tablet from above; Fig. 4 shows the tablet from the side; and Fig. 5 shows the tablet from the back. The detergent tablet according to the industrial design, having a cuboid shape with rounded edges and corners, has the following significant features: two segments of different colors and a red insert are visible within the tablet's volume. The larger segment by volume is white with blue inclusions, and the smaller segment by volume is dark blue, wherein the boundary between the segments has, in top and bottom views, the outline of a line being a combination of an arcuate line and a wavy line, which converge at a common point. The red insert, having the shape of a cylinder, is situated in the wavy bend of the boundary line between the tablet segments, as shown in the attached drawings, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
