Konstrukcja ta wytrzymuje cisnienie wytwarza¬ jacych sie gazów wewnatrz niej — rzedu 1 atmo¬ sfery. Nadmiar gazów dyfunduje poprzez górna pokrywke i dno i rozpreza sie w komorach i poza ogniwem. Ponadto uzyskano trwaly kontakt miedzy elektro¬ da cylindryczna i czysta dolna pokrywka. Konkludu¬ jac uzyskano szczelne ogniwo elektrochemiczne bez zanieczyszczajacych wycieków elektrolitu z cza¬ stkami elektrod i bez towarzyszacej temu korozji kontaktów i otaczajacych ogniwa urzadzen.Przedmiot wynalazku zostal dokladniej przed¬ stawiony w przykladzie konstrukcji na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój ogniwa, fig. 2 i fig. 3 uwidaczniaja przekrój pionowy dna wto¬ pionego w oslone z tworzywa sztucznego, nato¬ miast fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 ilustruja rózne uksztal¬ towanie dolnej nielitej czesci cylindrycznej elek¬ trody zwezajacej sie ku dolowi przed zalaniem tworzywem sztucznym. 6. Przy zalewaniu dna 2 tworza sie nity, które lacza czesci dna 2 polozone z dwu stron nielitej sciany dolnej czesci elektrody 1.Nity te maja dlugosc znacznie wieksza od grubosci sciany elektrody. Dane obrzeze elektrody 1 wystaje poza dno 2 z tworzywa sztucznego i sluzy do umocowania pokrywki dolnej 5 stanowiacej elek- tryczny kontakt dolny ogniwa. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL Sealed electrochemical cell The subject of the invention is a sealed electrochemical cell comprising a negative cylindrical electrode and a plastic sheath. Sealed cells are known surrounded by a sheath of impermeable material on which an outer jacket of steel sheet is mounted under pressure. under pressure with the cover and the bottom of the cell. In such cells, corrosion occurs at the external contacts, accompanying the leakage of these cells. holes or cutouts in the metal bottom of the cup. The edge protruding upwards is a support for the electrode. Cells of this type have disadvantages resulting from the fact that the gases carry the electrolyte and particles of the electrodes get along the connections of the lower part of the cover with the bottom, gradually increasing the leakage of the bottom. Even a strong connection of the lower part of the cover with the bottom does not prevent permanent progressive corrosion of the electrical contact and surrounding devices. A common disadvantage of the known cells is also the lack of protection of permanent and reliable electrical contact between the electrode located inside the plastic sheath and the metal contact partly located outside the bottom. This contact depends on the proper pressure and cleanliness of the metal surfaces in contact inside the housing. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages. plastic, i.e. the lower part of the cylindrical electrode is embedded in a bottom made only of plastic and has openings and/or cutouts located in the area of the embedding and filled with this material to form rivets. The length of the rivets is greater than the thickness of the walls of the cylindrical electrode, and the lower edge of the electrode protrudes downwards beyond the bottom, forming contact with the lower cover, which is the electrical contact of the cell. The gas chamber is composed of two parts. The upper part of this chamber is embedded in the cover and the lower part in the bottom of the cell. The lid and the bottom are made of gas-permeable and liquid-impermeable plastic, preferably high-pressure polyethylene. with the bottom of the link by means of welding or gluing. The construction of the link according to the invention differs significantly from the known and used solution in that the bottom made only of plastic is fixed permanently and tightly by means of rivets to a non-solid (e.g. with holes) part, preferably narrowing downwards of the electrode, with the length of the rivets passing through the non-solid part significantly exceeding the thickness of the electrode. Moreover, it differs in that on the protruding periphery of this part, a bottom cover is placed completely outside, constituting the bottom electrical contact of the cell. Excess gases diffuse through the top cap and bottom and expand into the chambers and out of the cell. As a consequence, permanent, liquid-tight external connections of the plastic bottom with the electrode, the lower part of the shell with the bottom were obtained, and the contacts were made in such a way that they were not exposed to corrosion. Moreover, permanent contact was obtained between the cylindrical electrode and the clean bottom cover. In conclusion, a sealed electrochemical cell was obtained without contaminating electrolyte leakage with electrode particles and without the accompanying corrosion of the contacts and devices surrounding the cells. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show a vertical cross-section of the bottom embedded in a plastic sheath, while Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 illustrate various shapes of the lower non-solid part of the cylindrical electrode tapering downwards before pouring. The cell shown in Fig. 1 has a negative electrode 1 in the shape of a cylinder embedded in the bottom 2 made exclusively of thermoplastic material. The entire cell is contained in a sealed outer shell 3 made of gas-tight and liquid-tight low-pressure polyethylene. The top cap 4 and bottom 2 of the cell are connected to the shell 3 by heating. The top cap 4 and bottom 2 are made of gas permeable but liquid impermeable high pressure polyethylene and are profiled to form a bipartite gas chamber 6. and 7. The electrode 1 in the lower part of the cylinder sunk in the bottom has holes made at small intervals. The holes are circular la as in Fig. 4 and rectangular Ib as in Fig. 5 and round with associated notches lc as in Fig. 6 When the bottom 2 is flooded, rivets are formed which connect the bottom portions 2 located on both sides of the non-solid wall of the lower part of the electrode 1. These rivets have a length much greater than the thickness of the electrode wall. The given rim of the electrode 1 protrudes beyond the plastic bottom 2 and is used to fix the bottom cover 5 which is the bottom electrical contact of the cell. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
