Stanislawa Staszica, Kraków (Polska) Tama podsadzkowa Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tama podsadzkowa znajdujaca zastosowanie do tamowania pustek poeksplo¬ atacyjnych o wysokosci powyzej 5 m, zamulonych podsadzka plynna. Liny poziome lacza sie z linami pionowymi a miejsca skrzyzowan tych lin sa wzmocnione dodatkowo linami poprzecznymi i ewentualnie skos¬ nymi. Szkielet liny tamy pokrywa sie siatka i plótnem podsadzkowym.Miedzy skosnymi linami a spagiem otamowanej czesci wyrobiska stosuje sie dodatkowo przegrody z plótna podsadzkowego umieszczone miedzy skosnymi linami i spagiem otamowanej czesci wyrobiska.Zaleta tamy podsadzkowej wedlug wynalazku stanowi prosta i mocna konstrukcja, dzieki której tama nadaje sie do podsadzania pustek poeksploatacyjnych o wysokosci powyzej 5 m.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed¬ stawia schematycznie tame w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 —tame w przekroju wzdluz linii A—A,' a fig. 3 — tame w przekroju wzdluz linii B—B, Tama podsadzkowa wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z belek nosnych 1, rozpartych pomiedzy stropem 2 i spagiem 3 wyrobiska, polaczonych za pomoca poziomych lin 4 z naroznymi belkami 5, kazdej tamy poprze¬ dzajacej. Szkielet linowy tamy pokrywa sie siatka 13 i plótnem podsadzkowym 14. Tame czolowa w dolnej czesci pokrywa sie dodatkowo zuzytymi tasmami lub deskami 15, w celu Zabezpieczenia plótna podsadzkowego 14 przed rozdarciem i mieszaniem sie urobku z materialem podsadzkowym w czasie strzelania i pracy maszyn.W celu zmniejszenia parcia mieszaniny podsadzkowej na tame i zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia odplywajacej z otamowanej przestrzeni, wody podsadzkowej, stosuje sie przegrody z plótna podsadzkowego 14, umieszczone miedzy skosnymi linami 12 i spagiem 3, otamowanej czesci wyrobiska. PL PLPriority: December 29, 1972. (P. 160034) 78907 IC. 5d, 15/02 The application was announced: October 15, 1973 The patent description was published: June 10, 1975 MKP E21f 15/02 READING OF THE PA4ent Office © w * go Inventors: Kazimierz Krasiczynski, Jerzy Hildebrand Authorized by the provisional patent: Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanislawa Staszica, Kraków (Poland) Backfilling dam The subject of the invention is a backfilling dam that can be used to block post-exploitation voids with a height of more than 5 m, silted liquid filling. There is a known backfilling dam made of a plastic filter cover, for example, stretched tilted towards the space to be filled in, fixed under the ceiling and at the spag. Under the ceiling, the dam is fixed with an upper beam, pulled up to the ceiling with winches, attached to the further row of the housing stands. On the other hand, at the spag, the dam is attached to the lower beam, pulled to the spag by pullers, attached to the stands closest, counting from the face, to the row of the casing. There is also a filling dam made of filtering cover, which is tied diagonally at an angle of 70 °, between the ceiling and the deck floor by means of two wooden frameworks and buttresses, fixed with anchors to the ceiling and the deck floor. The described dams also have the disadvantage that they require a support lining and cause additional load on the ceiling, which may lead to a dangerous collapse of the ceiling. Another known dam is built along the line of the dam casing, in which the stands of the dam casing are used as vertical structural elements of the dam. Posts supported by the casing and the face of the wall are used as horizontal elements that stiffen the structure. For additional reinforcement of this structure, rods made of old mine ropes are used, running along the supports of the support, under the roof and at the bottom of the excavation. These structures are then covered with a backing cloth, based on wires 1.5-2 mm in diameter, stretched every 20 cm, along the line of the lining stands. The disadvantage of the dam described is that its construction requires large amounts of wood. , as well as the fact that the used spreader poles make it difficult for people and equipment to move in the mining excavation. There is also a portable front filling dam, built in such a way that on the foot of the excavation, at intervals of about 1 m, support stands made of channel sections , equipped with locks with bolts, pressing with wedges, friction inserts to the front surfaces of channel profiles. Strips, plain mesh and sealing cloth are attached to the profile with hooks. 2 78907 The dam described is characterized by a complicated structure and unstability of the stands, which, under the influence of sand pressure, are easily bent, and therefore the dam is not suitable for filling voids The purpose of the invention is to construct a dam suitable for backfilling post-exploitation voids with a height of more than 5 m, free from defects and inconveniences previously known there. This goal is achieved thanks to the fact that the beams stretched between the ceiling and with the head of the excavation and the corner beams of each preceding dam, they are connected by horizontal ropes, the bottom rope being fastened with anchors to the bottom of the excavation, and the top rope only to the beams at the ceiling. The horizontal ropes are connected with the vertical ropes and the places where these ropes cross are additionally reinforced with transverse ropes and possibly diagonal ropes. The skeleton of the dam's rope is covered with a net and a filling cloth. Between the oblique ropes and the spag of the dammed part of the excavation, there are additionally used partitions made of a filling cloth placed between the oblique ropes and the spag of the dammed part of the excavation. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an example of an embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows schematically the same in a front view, Fig. 2, the same in a section along the line A-A, and Fig. 3 - the section along the line B-B, the backfilling dam according to the invention consists of traversing beams 1, stretched between the roof 2 and the pit 3 of the excavation, connected by horizontal ropes 4 with corner beams 5, each dam crossing . The horizontal bottom rope 7 is fastened with anchors 9 to the spag 3 of the excavation, while the horizontal top rope 8 is attached to the beam 1 and 5 under the ceiling 2. The horizontal ropes 4 are connected with the vertical ropes 6 and their crossings 11 are additionally reinforced with transverse ropes 10 and possibly with diagonal ropes 12. Diagonal ropes 12 connect the beam 1 with the spag 3. The rope skeleton of the dam is covered with a net 13 and a filling cloth 14. The front dam in the lower part is additionally covered with worn tapes or boards 15 in order to protect the backing cloth 14 against tearing and mixing the spoil with the proppant material during shooting and machine operation. In order to reduce the pressure of the proppant mixture on the dam and reduce the contamination of the backfilling water flowing from the dammed space, partitions made of proppant cloth 14 are used, placed between diagonal ropes 12 and spag 3, dammed parts of the pit.
