Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki w widoku odczola, fig. 5 - przedstawiono widok dna butelki, a na fig. 6 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus, który w widoku od czola ma ksztalt równoramiennego, rozszerzajacego sie od strony owalnego dna trapezu, który laczy sie z górna czescia butelki o lukowo wkleslej zewnetrznej powierzchni. W przekroju poprzecznym korpus ma ksztalt owalu, natomiast gwintowana szyjka butelki ma ksztalt walca i osadzona jest na niej zakretka zaopatrzona w uchylna klapke. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cap from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle with a cap from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle with a cap from the top, Fig. 4 shows the top of the bottle from the front, Fig. 5 shows the bottom of the bottle, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle from the top. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a cap has a body that, when viewed from the front, is shaped like an isosceles trapezoid, widening towards the oval bottom, which connects to the upper part of the bottle with an arcuate concave outer surface. In cross-section, the body is oval, while the threaded neck of the bottle is cylindrical and houses the cap with a hinged flap. Characteristic features of the industrial design A bottle with a cap provided with a hinged flap, characterized in that in a frontal view its body has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, widening from the side of the oval bottom, which connects to the upper part of the bottle with an arc-concave outer surface, wherein in cross-section the body has the shape of an oval, while the threaded neck of the bottle has the shape of a cylinder, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6.
