Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pasek do testów elektrochemicznych, przeznaczony do wykorzystania indywidualnego przez pacjenta i w laboratoriach czy innych jednostkach medycznych. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pasek do testów elektrochemicznych wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór paska do testów elektrochemicznych jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia pasek do testów elektrochemicznych w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, przodu i boku, fig. 2 - pasek do testów elektrochemicznych w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 - w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - w widoku z przodu, a fig. 6 - w widoku z tylu. Pasek do testów elektrochemicznych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest wydluzonymprostokatem uksztaltowanym z trzech ulozonych jedna na drugiej plytek dolnej, srodkowej i górnej. Plytka dolna jest od spodu gladka. Plytka srodkowa pokrywa powierzchnie górna plytki dolnej od przodu ku tylowi na w przyblizeniu czterech piatych jej dlugosci. Na nie przykrytej czesci powierzchni górnej z tylu plytka dolna ma zarysy - z jednego boku wzdluzna strzalke o zwróconym ku tylowi grocie, za którym jest wielobok dwoma swoimi bokami odzwierciedlajacy ksztalt grota i umieszczony w narozu plytki dolnej, a z drugiego boku wzdluzny prostokat otoczony zarysem w ksztalcie litery „L" krótszym i wyzszym ramieniem ustawionej wzdluz boku krótszego plytki dolnej. Plytka górna ma gladka powierzchnie górna i pokrywa plytke srodkowa w jej czesci srodkowej. Na nie przykrytej czesci powierzchni górnej z przodu plytka srodkowa ma umieszczone centralnie dwie wzdluzne linie, a pomiedzy nimi poprzecznie ustawione waskie prostokatne zarysy. Cechami istotnymi paska do testów elektrochemicznych jest to, ze jest wydluzonym prostokatem uksztaltowanym z trzech ulozonych jedna na drugiej plytek dolnej, srodkowej i górnej. Plytka dolna jest od spodu gladka. Plytka srodkowa pokrywa powierzchnie górna plytki dolnej od przodu ku tylowi na w przyblizeniu czterech piatych jej dlugosci. Compared to similar products of this type, the electrochemical test strip is distinguished by its novel design manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation. The electrochemical test strip design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the electrochemical test strip in perspective views from the top, front, and side; Fig. 2 shows the electrochemical test strip from the top; Fig. 3 shows the bottom view; Fig. 4 shows the side view; Fig. 5 shows the front view; and Fig. 6 shows the back view. The electrochemical test strip, according to the industrial design, is characterized by being an elongated rectangle formed by three stacked plates: the bottom, middle, and top. The bottom plate is smooth on the underside. The middle plate covers the upper surface of the lower plate from front to back for approximately four-fifths of its length. On the uncovered part of the upper surface at the back, the lower plate has outlines – on one side, a longitudinal arrow with a backward-facing spearhead, behind which is a polygon with two sides reflecting the shape of the spearhead and placed in the corner of the lower plate, and on the other side, an elongated rectangle surrounded by an "L"-shaped outline with a shorter and taller arm positioned along the shorter side of the lower plate. The upper plate has a smooth upper surface and covers the middle of the middle plate. On the uncovered part of the upper surface at the front, the middle plate has two centrally placed longitudinal lines, and between them, narrow rectangular outlines arranged transversely. The essential features of the electrochemical test strip are that it is an elongated rectangle formed from three stacked plates: a lower, middle, and upper plate. The lower plate is smooth on the underside. The middle plate covers the upper surface of the lower plate from front to back for approximately four-fifths of its length. On the uncovered portion of the upper surface at the back, the lower plate has outlines: on one side, a longitudinal arrow with a backward-facing tip, behind which is a polygon with two sides reflecting the shape of the tip and placed in the corner of the lower plate. On the other side, an elongated rectangle surrounded by an "L"-shaped outline with a shorter and higher arm positioned along the shorter side of the lower plate. The upper plate has a smooth upper surface and covers the middle of the middle plate.
