Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafka przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych, zwlaszcza dla sprzetu RTV. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac szafki przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych witrynie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek szafki wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie szafki wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Szafka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym szafka ma konstrukcje stojakowa, w której boki sa grube, o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Boki szafki wystaja powyzej wienca górnego szafki. Boki szafki tworza wraz z blenda laczaca, która umieszczona jest na tyle wienca górnego charakterystyczny akcent zwienczenia szafki. Blenda wykonana jest z materialu0 takiej samej grubosci jak boki szafki i górna krawedz blendy pokrywa sie z górna krawedzia boków. Szafka osadzona jest na zespole nózek, przy czym nózki maja przekrój prostokatny i polaczone sa profilem wzdluz widocznych krawedzi wienca dolnego. Szafka ma korpus podzielony pozioma plyta na dwa poziomy, kazdy poziom podzielony jest dwoma przegrodami na trzy czesci. Dolny poziom ma dwie szuflady umieszczone po bokach i wolna pólke po srodku. Wszystkie czesci na obu poziomach sa o równej wysokosci i szerokosci. Szuflady maja zamocowany po srodku plaskiej plyty czolowa uchwyty listwowe prostokatne o krzywoliniowej powierzchni. Szafka moze byc wykonana w dowolnej wielkosci, w dowolnych kolorach 1 w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorów, przy czym powierzchnie moga byc wykonane jako gladkie, blyszczace lub matowe. Szafka w wykonaniu przedstawionym na fig. 2 ma dekor ciemna olche o widocznej strukturze drewna barwiona na ciemny, cieply braz. Okucia to jest uchwyty, nózki i profil laczacy nózki jest w kolorze nikiel mat. Oczywiste, ze nie jest to jedyne mozliwe wykonanie dekoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Szafka ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym ma konstrukcje stojakowa w której boki sa grube, o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach i wystaja powyzej wienca górnego szafki, oraz tworza wraz z blenda laczaca która umieszczona jest na tyle wienca górnego, wykonana z materialu o takiej samej grubosci jak boki szafki, przy czym górna krawedz blendypokrywa sie z górna krawedzia boków, charakterystyczny akcent zwienczenia szafki, oraz ma korpus podzielony na dwa poziomy kazdy na trzy czesci, przy czym wszystkie czesci maja jednakowa szerokosc i wysokosc, zas dolny poziom ma po bokach srodkowej czesci dwie szuflady, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cabinet, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the display case an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the cabinet according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows photographs of the cabinet according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The cabinet according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, and the cabinet has a stand-alone structure with thick sides, straight edges, and flat surfaces. The sides of the cabinet protrude above the top of the cabinet. The cabinet sides, along with the connecting panel located at the back of the top panel, create a distinctive accent to the cabinet's crown. The panel is made of a material of the same thickness as the cabinet sides, and the top edge of the panel aligns with the top edge of the sides. The cabinet rests on a set of legs, with the legs having a rectangular cross-section and connected by a profile along the visible edges of the bottom panel. The cabinet has a body divided into two levels by a horizontal panel, each level divided into three sections by two partitions. The lower level has two drawers located on the sides and a free shelf in the center. All sections on both levels are equal in height and width. The drawers have rectangular, curved-surface handles mounted in the center of the flat front panel. The cabinet can be manufactured in any size, in any color, and in any color combination, with smooth, glossy, or matte surfaces. The cabinet shown in Figure 2 features a dark alder finish with a visible wood grain, stained a dark, warm brown. The hardware, including handles, legs, and the leg connector profile, is matt nickel. Of course, this isn't the only possible finish. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The cabinet has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, and has a stand-alone structure in which the sides are thick, with straight edges and flat surfaces and protrude above the top of the cabinet and together with the connecting panel which is placed at the back of the top panel, made of a material of the same thickness as the sides of the cabinet, wherein the upper edge of the panel coincides with the upper edge of the sides, form a characteristic accent of the cabinet's top, and has a body divided into two levels, each into three parts, wherein all parts have the same width and height, while the lower level has two drawers on the sides of the middle part, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2. The drawers of the cabinet have the same height and a flat front panel, wherein in the middle of the panel The front panel is fitted with rectangular strip handles with a curved surface, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3.
