Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona slupa pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oslony slupa pojazdu. Oslona slupa pojazdu jest stosowana w samochodach ciezarowych jako oslona slupa naroza przedniego kabiny kierowcy, przy, którym usytuowane sa drzwi przednie kabiny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig.l przedstawia oslone slupa pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.4- oslone w widoku z prawego boku, fig.5- oslone w widoku z lewego boku, fig.6- oslone w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z dolu. Oslona slupa pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac wydluzonego profilu, w którym krawedz górna jest uksztaltowana, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, w zarys litery „U" tworzac wystajace ku tylowi wystepy przy prawej i lewej krawedzi bocznej oslony. W polu oslony znajduja sie trzy otwory przelotowe, z których, dwa mniejsze majace zarysy koliste usytuowane sa przy prawej i lewej krawedzi bocznej oslony,zas najwiekszy otwór majacy w przyblizeniu zarys czworoboku, w którym jeden bok jest lukowaty, usytuowany jest od strony lewego boku w odsadzeniu sciany przedniej oslony. Ponadto w polu sciany przedniej, obok odsadzenia z otworem, widoczny jest wystep, polozony pomiedzy otworem kolistym i otworem czworobocznym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG .1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle pillar guard. The design's novelty and unique character are evident in the shape of the pillar guard. The pillar guard is used in trucks as a pillar guard on the front corner of the driver's cab, adjacent to which the front cab door is located. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle pillar guard in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the pillar guard from the front, Fig. 3 shows the pillar guard from the rear, Fig. 4 shows the pillar guard from the right side, Fig. 5 shows the pillar guard from the left side, Fig. 6 shows the pillar guard from the top, and Fig. 7 shows the pillar guard from the bottom. The vehicle pillar guard, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: it has the form of an elongated profile in which the upper edge is shaped, in the front and rear views, in the shape of the letter "U", creating rearward protrusions at the right and left edges of the side guard. The guard area has three through holes, of which two smaller ones with circular outlines are located at the right and left edges of the side guard, while the largest hole, having an approximately quadrilateral outline, in which one side is arcuate, is located on the left side in the offset of the front wall of the guard.
