Description

Powoduje to powstanie we¬ wnetrznych naprezen, rys, kondensacji pary wod¬ nej i temu podobne konsekwencje obnizajace przy¬ datnosc i zywotnosc budowli, a zwlaszcza powo¬ dujace przede wszystkim straty ciepla. Szerokosci tych elementów uzupel¬ niajacych sa ustalane wedlug okreslonego szeregu wymiarowego pozwalajacego na uzupelnianie sze¬ rokosci poszczególnych scian mozliwie w najwiek¬ szym zakresie róznic wymiarowych.Przez zastosowanie takiego rozwiazania osiaga sie wszystkie korzysci budownictwa wielkoplyto¬ wego i korzysci wynikajace z zastosowania duzych elementów sciennych, wyposazonych w prefabry¬ kowane otwory drzwiowe i okienne, z jednocze¬ snym wyeliminowaniem niedogodnosci tego spo¬ sobu budowy, a mianowicie z wyeliminowaniem bezwzglednej koniecznosci przestrzegania siatki rzutu poziomego, wynikajacej z wymiarów elemen¬ tów znormalizowanych. = Vs B min. 1 przedstawia rzut poziomy budowli wykonanej spo¬ sobem i z elementów wedlug wynalazku, fig. 2 — wzajemne polaczenie katowe scian tej budowli w przekroju poziomym, fig. 3 — fragment sciany, w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii III — III na fig. 2, fig. 4 i 5 — detale uksztaltowania budowli dotyczace zakonczenia muru lub osadzenia scianek dzialowych, w przekroju pionowym, fig. 6 do 8 — przyklad polaczenia dwóch odmiennie uksztalto¬ wanych elementów sciennych, fig. 9 — desko¬ wanie do wytwarzania elementu sciennego z fig. 6 do 8, a fig. 10 do 18 — uklad elementów znormalizowanych i elementy uzupelniajace jed¬ nego zestawu (ukladu).Na schemacie rzutu poziomego, przedstawionym na fig. 1 elementy znormalizowane 3 maja rózna szerokosc gl do glO, a elementy uzupelniajace 4 maja ,równiez rózna szerokosc pi do pl2. 10 do 18. Z fig. 2 sa przedstawione w przekroju pozio¬ mym dwie sciany, skladajace sie z okreslonej liczby elementów znormalizowanych i elementów uzupel¬ niajacych, a takze polaczenie ze scianka dzialowa w przekroju poziomym. Fig. 2 przedstawia rózne elementy, a mianowi¬ cie u góry z lewej strony element uzupelniajacy wykonany jako element narozny, w którym wy¬ konane jest wybranie sluzace do tworzenia prze¬ strzeni pustej, umieszczone na bokach wzdluznych.Na jednym z obrzezy wzdluznych znajduje sie równiez drugie wybranie.Fig. 2 przedstawia u góry z prawej strony ele¬ ment znormalizowany, który posiada równiez boczne wybranie do laczenia scianki dzialowej, a wiec posiada dodatkowe wybranie oprócz dwóch wybran znajdujacych sie na obrzezach wzdluz¬ nych. Fig. 3 przedstawia spoine pionowa sciany, w przekroju podluznym oraz zazebienia elementów polozonych naprzeciwko siebie we wnetrzu wy¬ bran. Zgodnie z fig. 5 strop taki sklada sie z pre¬ fabrykowanych elementów stropowych 27, wyko¬ nanych z betonu lekkiego i posiada wyzej wy¬ mienione warstwy, a takze dodatkowo okladzine podlogowa 32. Fig. 9 przedstawia wreszcie deskowanie do wy¬ twarzania elementu sciennego wedlug fig. Fig. 10 do 18 przedstawia wreszcie zestaw ele¬ mentów znormalizowanych 3 i elementów uzupel¬ niajacych 4 do budowy scian zewnetrznych. Elementy uzupelniajace 4 posiadaja szerokosc b 25, 37,5, 50, 62,5, 75, 82,5, i 100 cm, a elementy znormalizowane 3 maja szerokosc b 2,50, 2,75, 3,00, 3,25 3,50, 4,00 i 4,25 m. 10 do 18, jaka szerokosc minimalna musi posiadac element, wyposazony w otwory okienne 2 i w otwory drzwiowe 1, aby miec jeszcze wystarcza¬ jaca nosnosc.Jak widac z powyzszego sposobu wedlug wyna¬ lazku jak równiez elementy prefabrykowane do stosowania tego sposobu umozliwiaja zwiekszenie izolacji cieplnej i wieksza stabilnosc cieplna kon¬ strukcji, a ponadto pozwalaja na zwiekszona ela¬ stycznosc stosowania elementów prefabrykowa¬ nych, a tym samym na wieksza róznorodnosc form architektonicznych, niz to bylo mozliwe do¬ tychczas przy zastosowaniu metody budownictwa przemyslowego. PLThe method of erecting buildings from prefabricated elements and the prefabricated element used in this method The subject of the invention is a method of erecting buildings from prefabricated elements and an element for the use of this method, in particular forming the internal walls of the building. These elements are usually equipped on their vertical sides with longitudinal indentations, used to connect them to each other by pouring concrete. Known methods of erecting such structures are based on the juxtaposition of individual wall elements closely next to each other, placing armor in the spaces between the wall elements. The appropriate type of concrete and the filling of this space. After solidification, this mass connects directly with the material of the wall elements. As a result of direct contact with the material of prefabricated elements, only the inner part of which is usually made of heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material, the concrete mass filling the spaces between the elements creates spaces in which the ease of heat exchange between the surroundings and the interior of the building is reduced, and also has a negative effect on the uniform thermal conductivity of the entire structure and its unequal behavior at different temperatures. This causes internal stresses, cracks, water vapor condensation and similar consequences, reducing the usefulness and life of the structure, and in particular causing heat losses. This is the main disadvantage of the hitherto known methods of erecting buildings from prefabricated elements. Moreover, the disadvantage of these methods is also the fact that it is not possible to obtain a seamless façade, since the exterior of the building usually consists of the application of ready-made façade elements. Also known prefabricated elements used in these known methods have a serious disadvantage. It consists in the fact that they are manufactured in a very limited range of the type of dimensions, and their size and weight are so great that they require the use of special expensive cranes and other auxiliary devices during the assembly of the structure. The disadvantage here limits the range of architectural solutions and the shape of the structure, and due to the high cost of auxiliary devices, such as cranes and the high cost of transport to the construction site, it limits the scope of use of this type of construction to very large objects. The aim of the invention is to remove the aforementioned by known method of erecting buildings from prefabricated elements and the disadvantages of the previously used structures of known elements, and thus to improve the thermal characteristics of the constructed structures and to extend the range of 80 08 180 081 3 the use of construction methods from pre-fabricated elements. To achieve this goal, the goal was to develop a method of erecting buildings that would allow to obtain structures with greater thermal stability and better insulating capacity than before, and such a solution to the method of erecting buildings structures and structures of prefabricated elements, so that it is possible to obtain a larger, practically unlimited range of architectural forms and shapes when erecting buildings from prefabricated elements and to enable the use of the same typical elements both for the construction of very large olives as well as small objects, such as * single-family houses without the need to use expensive specialized auxiliary devices. This task was solved by developing a method of erecting buildings from prefabricated elements, having vertical binders in place of the entire height of the element, forming cavities after combining the elements with itself, a space filled with concrete, the method of which according to the invention consists in the fact that the concrete filling these soils is separated on both sides from the prefabricated elements by means of rigid insulating inserts, which are inserted into the grooves running along the ¬ cross joints of the vertical and find On the opposite sides of the adjacent prefabricated elements. Moreover, according to the method according to the invention, the walls are assembled from two types of one-story-high prefabricated elements, namely the same standardized elements and so-called supplementary elements, the width of which is smaller than the width of the standard element and is from about a quarter to about three quarters of the total width of the standard element. The widths of these supplementary elements are determined according to a specific series of dimensions allowing the width of the individual walls to be complemented as much as possible with the greatest possible dimensional variation. By using this solution, all the benefits of large-panel construction and the benefits of using long wall elements are achieved, equipped with prefabricated door and window openings, while at the same time eliminating the inconvenience of this construction method, namely eliminating the absolute necessity to observe the horizontal projection grid resulting from the dimensions of the standardized elements. This method of construction allows for the fulfillment of all individual wishes of the investor to the full extent, while maintaining the use of large-panel building elements, which can be produced industrially in a mass and cheap manner. The maximum weight of standardized wall elements should not exceed in order to avoid greater transport and stacking difficulties, 1,300 to 1,500 kg, and the supplementary elements should of course be much lighter. It has proved advantageous that the standard elements have a width B of at least 2.0 m, and matching elements width B at least 25 cm, but on the other hand width b max. does not exceed about a half of the smallest width B min. for standardized elements, that is, the following condition b max. should be met. = Vs B min. As already indicated, the connection between the wall elements, which must be uniform everywhere, is very important. Both the standardized elements and the small complementary elements on their longitudinal sides converging with the front recess, and the void created by such a selection of adjacent elements is filled with a sealing compound, especially concrete, for joining these elements. that it is possible to properly cover the joints between the elements by applying a seamless layer. This joint covering, made in a particularly preferred form according to the invention, consists of a flexible carrier material embedded in a mortar substrate, for example fiberglass, which from the remainder of the texture layer of the elements serves as the carrier of the layer extending over the entire surface. The subject of the invention is shown by way of example in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a building constructed with the method and elements according to the invention, Fig. 2 - the mutual angle connection of the walls of this building in a horizontal section, fig. 3 - a fragment of a wall, in a vertical section, along the line III-III in fig. 2, fig. 4 and 5 - details of the structure of the building regarding the end of the wall or installation of partition walls, in a vertical section, fig. 6 to 8 - an example of the combination of two differently shaped wall elements, Fig. 9 - formwork for the production of the wall element from Figs. 6 to 8, and Figs. 10 to 18 - arrangement of elements standardized elements and complementary elements of one set (system). In the plan view diagram shown in Fig. 1, standard elements 3 have different widths from head to head, and complementary elements 4 have different widths from pi to pl2. The large standard elements 3 can be provided in a known manner with door openings 1 or with window openings 2, as is explained and illustrated in FIGS. 10 to 18. FIG. 1 clearly shows that a small number of supplementary elements any required wall length and any desired floor plan of the building can be made individually, also with staircases 5 and so on, without the need to forgo the far-reaching and overwhelming use of large standard elements ** (gl - fflO). The proportion of normalized areas in the presented example is more than 83 * 7o. It is important, as has already been emphasized, that the combination of individual elements not only standardized, but also of the complementary items is alike. This connection, which will be explained in the following figures, is made possible by a pouring mass placed in a vertical joint. In Fig. 2, two walls are shown in a horizontal section, consisting of a certain number of standard elements and supplementary elements, as well as the connection to the partition wall in a horizontal section. These are mainly wall elements made of several materials that differ from one another, namely the supporting body 6 of lightweight concrete or the like, and two external insulating layers 7 and 8, placed on the outside of the wall. it may be made of, for example, foamed plastic, and the second layer 8 of fibrous boards, for example of hardboards. In the vertical joints of layers 7 and 8, adjoining wedge-shaped compensating elements 9 are usually made of the same material from which the layer 7 is made, that is, of foamed plastic. , extending over the entire surface of the wall, is made of mortar, consisting of cement and plastic. The facing 10 comprises as a carrier a flexible fiber cloth or a fiber, for example glass fiber. If the cladding 10 already forms part of the prefabricated wall element itself and is only supplemented on the construction site within the range of the joints of the vertical parts of the wall, then it is expedient to place fabric pads at the contact points, covering all sides of the joint and covering these pads with the mass of the reactive backing. For this purpose, fabric inserts are used on the edges of individual wall elements, made as ready-made parts, and then during the laying of these wall elements, they are covered with a covering layer. On the inside of the wall there is also a jointless facing, which can be made of thin gypsum-lime mortar or the like. The material constituting the supporting body of the 6 individual elements is preferably made of lightweight concrete, the fine-grained parts of which are partly fine sand, brick grit with a grain size of 0 to 5 mm and clay powder with a grain size of 0 to 2 mm, with the addition of a filler, the proportion of which in the mixture is at least half the spatial parts, the filler being a granulated material with a glassy, porous and molten surface, for example clay with a grain size of 5 to 20 mm Individual wall elements 3 and 4, i.e. standard elements 3 and supplementary elements The lining 4 is provided with a stirrup reinforcement 12 which protrudes in the formation of individual loops on the long sides in the void spaces of vertical joints. The wall elements can be additionally equipped with 6 additional lattice reinforcements made of structural steel. The individual wall elements adjacent to each other with longitudinal sides, so both standardized elements 3 and supplementary elements 4 have on their sides on the longitudinal sides, longitudinally extending recesses which form a hollow space in each adjoining longitudinal side, filled with a hardening material, for example a sealing compound 13, such as concrete or the like. In the sealing compound 13, the stake reinforcement 12 is anchored by its loops, with all the loops extending vertically, extending longitudinally and centrally in the recess, rod 14, which secures the anchoring of the wall elements in the sealing mass 13. The pretension 14 may also be used as an auxiliary for the splitting of the filling material in the placement and compaction of the sealing compound. The void space comprising the sealing mass 13 is closed on both sides by tape insulation inserts embedded in the grooves, so that the sealing material is poured it must not come out of the empty space through vertical joints. 2 shows various elements, namely on the top left a complementary element made as a corner element in which a cavity for creating a void is made on the longitudinal sides. One of the longitudinal edges also has the other. selection. 2 shows a standard element at the top right which also has a side recess for joining the partition wall, and thus has an additional recess in addition to the two recesses on the longitudinal edges. In Fig. 2, at the bottom, on the left, there is also a partition wall, which joins the vertical joint of the external wall. To create a joint recess between the wall elements of the external wall adjoining each other in the same plane, an empty space open to the side, formed by the selection of three adjoining elements, is used. 3 shows the vertical joint of the wall, in a longitudinal section, and the intermeshing of elements facing each other in the selected interior. These interlocks create a very tight connection of the voids 13 of the flooding mass with adjacent elements and thus eliminate uneven settlement and vertical movements of the adjacent wall elements. Both the standard elements and the supplementary elements are provided with such interlocks. Fig. 4 shows a special prefabricated element 16 as an upper end of the wall, provided with a protruding eaves part 17, supporting a tread 18 and a rafter 19, on embedded in which the roof formwork 20 and the roof covering 21. This prefabricated element 16, which forms the upper end of the wall, is covered with an insulating board 22, formed of foamed plastic 15 20 25 39 35 40 45 50 55 6080 081 7. Under the foot purlin 18 there is a space 23, filled with concrete, which serves to reinforce and connect the prefabricated elements 16 to one another. The wall element 24, also shown in Fig. 4, is provided with a window opening and with window frames 25 built into it. Above the window opening there is a space 26 filled with concrete, forming a rim and wall joint with a connected ceiling, made of prefabricated elements 27 made of lightweight concrete;. Concrete fillings 23 and 26 are monolithically connected with each other by selecting 28 pre-fabricated element 16. The floor has a sand leveling 29, an insulating layer 30, and also a special layer 31. The prefabricated floor elements 27 can be pre-stressed with their reinforcement. According to Fig. 5, such a ceiling consists of a pre-fabricated floor. Fabricated floor elements 27, made of lightweight concrete and having the above-mentioned layers, as well as additionally floor covering 32. On this floor, namely between the reinforced concrete filler 23 and the two adjoining prefabricated ceiling elements 27 is a partition wall element 34, the bottom side of which is toothed 35, as well as the wall elements in their vertical recesses located in the longitudinal sides. The ceiling also rests under the dividing wall elements 34 on the dividing wall 37, which also has a recess 36 at the top. The pile reinforcements 12 are provided both in all prefabricated floor elements 27 and in the dividing wall elements 34 and 37 and protrude. as in the external wall elements in the concrete fillings 23 and 26 for anchoring. The slightly curved wall elements shown in Figures 6 to 8 form a load-bearing body made of homogeneous lightweight concrete. This body also has, on one of its shorter sides facing outwards, a thin floor layer 38, made of mortar containing cement and plastic. This cover layer 38 forms on the face, along the periphery of both long sides of the panel. walled, a setback of about 10 cm on both sides, so a total of about 20 cm in width. This embedding is filled to produce a lining that is contactless with a reactive soil, for example a cement mortar or the like, or from the inside of the wall with a gypsum-lime mortar and the joint is covered with a flexible carrier made of glass fiber 39, which forms the joint covering. In the production of standard elements and fitted elements from multiple layers of different materials, i.e. in elements having a supporting layer, one or both sides with one or more insulation layers Otherwise, the shoulder may be formed from the outermost side of the layer which does not extend completely to the periphery. 8 The individual wall elements may have, in addition to the pile reinforcement 12, extending on both sides at the width of the reinforcement 40, made of a structural steel grid, 5 Inside each of the two contact surfaces of these wall elements joining at an obtuse angle, these surfaces have one groove each, which serves to enclose the strip 15 made of insulating material, sealing the vertical joint and closing the empty space outside, filled with a sealing compound 13 and formed by recesses of elements. The wall elements are equipped at different heights in the channels 41, marked line in Fig. 8. intermittent. These channels connect the void spaces, formed jointly by the recesses of adjoining elements, with one of the face sides of the outer wall made of elements, in order to be able to indicate in this way during the production of the butt joint by filling the void by filling the void the height of the liquid. filling mass, brought into the voids, and in order to be able to monitor this filling. 9 finally shows the formwork for producing the wall element according to FIGS. 6 to 8, which is in the form of a vibrating device, provided with laterally sliding walls 42, which are fixed to the bottom 43 of the formwork and have an inwardly projecting profile shoulder. in 44 for the formation of longitudinal elements in the wall elements. Immediately after the homogeneous mass that forms the load-bearing body of the element has been inserted into this vibratory formwork, a dry mixture of fine sand is poured on top of this mass and a joint in the range, limited by the laterally arranged the upper rails 45. This mixture, due to the increasing humidity on vibration, binds to the weight of the support body, a shoulder forming in the range of the stacked upper and lower rails 45 and 45 '. For the production of combined wall elements made of different layers, a prefabricated insulating layer can be applied to the bottom 43 of the formwork, which allows it to be internally connected to the mass applied to it during vibration. 10 to 18 finally show a set of standard elements 3 and supplementary elements 4 for the construction of external walls. These are not, however, the elements shown in FIG. 1, but another embodiment with seven p-p7 matching elements with seven g7 standard elements, provided with window openings 2 or door openings 1. Supplementary elements 4 have a width b 25, 37.5, 50, 62.5, 75, 82.5, and 100 cm, and standard elements 3 have a width b 2.50, 2.75, 3.00, 3.25 3.50 , 4.00 and 4.25 m. This set of elements allows for the production of external wall elements - approximately the same weight per piece, namely approximately 1500 kg with a total thickness of 21 cm. The resulting possibilities for variations of the set are so great that with the help of these wall elements, structures with any horizontal projection can be erected. Dashed lines 46 are shown in Figs. 10 to 18. what minimum width must have an element, provided with window openings 2 and door openings 1, to still have sufficient load-bearing capacity. thermal structure, and, moreover, allow for increased flexibility in the use of prefabricated elements, and thus for a greater variety of architectural forms than was previously possible with the industrial construction method.
