Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie slodyczy, stosowane jako jednostkowe opakowanie, zwlaszcza cukierka, czekoladki, czekolady lub wafelka. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w jego kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie slodyczy w kolorze czarno-bialym, fig. 2 - rozwiniecie tego opakowania, a fig. 3 - to samo opakowanie obrazujace jego uklad kolorystyczno-graficzny. Rozwiniecie opakowania slodyczy stanowia trzy identyczne pola prostokatne oraz przylegajace do dluzszych boków pól zewnetrznych dwa pola prostokatne o szerokosci równej polowie szerokosci wspomnianych trzech pól, a do krótszych boków tak utworzonych pieciu pól prostokatnych z obu ich stron przylegaja pola prostokatne identyczne jak pola skrajne do nich przylegajace, przy czym wszystkie te pola oddzielone sa od siebie liniami giecia tworzac w narozach opakowania pola kwadratowe, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 2. Trzy wewnetrzne identyczne pola prostokatne podzielone sa poprzecznie na dwa róznobarwne pola oddzielone od siebie wycinkiem kola, z których pole mniejsze z bokiem wkleslym ma tlo ciemnobrazowe, a przylegajace do niego lukowo pole wklesle ma tlo w kolorze miodowym i jego odcieni, przy czym na tle srodkowego prostokatnego pola ciemnobrazowego znajduje sie stylizowany napis „WAWEL" usytuowany lukowo w kolorze jasnobrazowym, nad nim waskie poziome pasmo jasnobrazowe, a pod nim waskie lukowe pasmo brazowe, natomiast pod wspomnianym polem ciemnobrazowym na tle srodkowego prostokatnego pola miodowego znajduje sie pole ciemnoczerwone z zólta obwódka o profilu zblizonym do wycinka pierscienia usytuowane poprzecznie w stosunku do napisu „WAWEL", na którego tle znajduje sie lukowo usytuowany napis „MARCEPAN" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym z czerwono-czarna obwódka sprawiajaca wrazenie perspektywy liter tego slowa, zas pod nim znajduje sie slowo „SUPERIOR"wykonane duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze brazowym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Opakowanie slodyczy stosowane jako jednostkowe opakowanie, zwlaszcza cukierka, czekoladki, czekolady lub wafelka przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - jego rozwiniecie stanowia trzy identyczne pola prostokatne oraz przylegajace do dluzszych boków pól zewnetrznych dwa pola prostokatne o szerokosci równej polowie szerokosci wspomnianych trzech pól, a do krótszych boków tak utworzonych pieciu pól prostokatnych z obu ich stron przylegaja pola prostokatne identyczne jak pola skrajne do nich przylegajace, przy czym wszystkie te pola oddzielone sa od siebie liniami giecia tworzac w narozach opakowania pola kwadratowe, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 2; - trzy wewnetrzne identyczne pola prostokatne podzielone sa poprzecznie na dwa róznobarwne pola oddzielone od siebie wycinkiem kola, z których pole mniejsze z bokiem wkleslym ma tlo ciemnobrazowe, a przylegajace do niego lukowo pole wklesle ma tlo w kolorze miodowym i jego odcieni, przy czym na tle srodkowego prostokatnego pola ciemnobrazowego znajduje sie stylizowany napis „WAWEL" usytuowany lukowo w kolorze jasnobrazowym, nad nim waskie poziome pasmo jasnobrazowe, a pod nim waskie lukowe pasmo brazowe, natomiast pod wspomnianym polem ciemnobrazowym na tle srodkowego prostokatnego pola miodowego znajduje sie pole ciemnoczerwone z zólta obwódka o profilu zblizonym do wycinka pierscienia usytuowane poprzecznie w stosunku do napisu „WAWEL", na którego tle znajduje sie lukowo usytuowany napis „MARCEPAN" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym z czerwono-czarna obwódka sprawiajaca wrazenie perspektywy liter tego slowa, zas pod nim znajduje sie slowo „SUPERIOR" wykonane duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze brazowym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 3.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a confectionery package used as a single unit, particularly for a candy, chocolate, or wafer. The novelty and originality of the design are evident in its color scheme and graphic layout. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 depicts the confectionery package in black and white, Fig. 2 shows an expansion of this package, and Fig. 3 depicts the same package illustrating its color and graphic layout. The development of the sweets packaging consists of three identical rectangular fields and two rectangular fields adjacent to the longer sides of the outer fields with a width equal to half the width of the three fields mentioned above, and the shorter sides of the five rectangular fields thus formed are adjoined on both sides by rectangular fields identical to the outer fields adjacent to them, all of these fields being separated from each other by bending lines, creating square fields in the corners of the packaging, as shown in Figure 2. The three inner identical rectangular fields are divided transversely into two multi-colored fields separated from each other by a segment of a circle, of which the smaller field with a concave side has a dark brown background, and the concave field adjacent to it in an arc has a background in honey color and its shades, and on the background of the central rectangular dark brown field there is a stylized inscription "WAWEL" located in a light brown arc, above it a narrow horizontal light brown band, and below it a narrow arced brown band, while below the said dark brown field, against the background of the central rectangular honey field, there is a dark red field with a yellow border with a profile similar to a ring section, situated transversely to the inscription "WAWEL", on which background there is an arced inscription "MARCEPAN" written in large white block letters with a red and black border giving the impression of perspective of the letters of the word, and below it there is the word "SUPERIOR" written in large brown block letters, as shown in figure Fig. 3.
