Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zyrandola przejawiajaca sie w jego ozdobnym,oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie jego odmian. The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 24, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a decorative chandelier suspended from the ceiling. The essence of the design is a new form of the chandelier, manifested in its decorative, original shape and the shapes of its variants. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of a three-arm chandelier, Fig. 2 shows a view of a four-arm chandelier, and Fig. 3 shows a view of a five-arm chandelier. The decorative chandelier, according to the ornamental design shown in Fig. 1, consists of a vertical, conduit tube, the upper end of which terminates in a bowl-shaped casing attached to the ceiling, while the lower end of this tube connects to the decorative part of the chandelier. The decorative part is a small cone connected at its base to the lower end of the conduit tube, and its apex is attached to the base of a much larger cone topped with a decorative ball. Furthermore, three symmetrically arranged chandelier arms extend from the base of the larger cone. Each of these arms has a semicircular shape at the top, then takes the shape of a diagonal line directed towards the chandelier's axis. Afterwards, a vertical line, parallel to the axis, passes through a decorative handle placed on the side wall of the decorative cylinder. This cylinder is covered at the top with a cover with a ball at the top, and at the bottom it is formed into the shape of a decorative cone with a ball top. Below the handle, each arm ends with an imitation of a stylized, decorative branch. Furthermore, on each arm—where the semicircular line transitions into a diagonal line—there is also a handle, which connects to the second, shorter arm of the chandelier. It curves outward elliptically and terminates on one end with a bowl-shaped bulb housing, while on the other end it is sharply curved upward and terminates with a short, arc-shaped element perpendicular to the arm. The decorative chandelier, following the ornamental pattern shown in Fig. 2, consists of a vertical, wired tube whose upper end terminates in a bowl-shaped housing mounted to the ceiling. This tube connects to the decorative part of the chandelier at the lower end. The decorative element is a small cone connected at its base to the lower end of the conduit tube, and its apex is attached to the base of a much larger cone topped with a decorative ball. Furthermore, four symmetrically arranged chandelier arms extend from the base of the larger cone. Each of these arms has a semicircular shape at the top, and then takes the shape of a diagonal line directed towards the chandelier's axis, while the vertical line, parallel to the axis, passes through a decorative handle placed on the side wall of the decorative cylinder. Furthermore, each arm—where the semicircular line transitions into the diagonal line—also has a handle to which a wire connects.
