Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafa ubraniowa przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych zwlaszcza sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac szafy przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek szafy wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie szafy wedlug wzoru, w odmianie wykonania, w widoku perspektywicznym. Korpus szafy ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig.2. Szafa podzielona jest na trzy czesci - w czesci srodkowej ma pelne drzwi plytowe z lustrem, zas po bokach srodkowych drzwi boczne pelne drzwi plytowe podzielone w pionie na trzy czesci o jednakowej wysokosci i szerokosci, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2.Prostokatne lustro zamocowane jest na plycie srodkowych drzwi wspólsrodkowo i ma wymiary mniejsze niz wymiary drzwi tak ze wokól lustra formuje sie ramka o jednakowej szerokosci. Wszystkie drzwi zamocowane sa w korpusie przesuwnie. Szafa moze byc wykonana w odmianach kolorystycznych, przy czym kolory sa mocne i kolor górnej i dolnej czesci plyciny bocznych drzwi zestawiony jest kontrastowo z kolorem srodkowej czesci plyciny bocznych drzwi, plyt korpusu i plyty srodkowych drzwi. W odmianie wykonania uwidocznionej na fig.2 boczne drzwi szafy maja srodkowa czesc w kolorze ciemnym a górna i dolna czesc w kolorze jasnym. Góre szafy i dól szafy wienczy podwójnym wieniec, wysuniety poza korpus szafy, nachodzacy nad fronty drzwi a boki korpusu szafy wysuniete sa poza korpus na taka sama odleglosc jak górny wieniec, stanowiac ograniczenie ruchu drzwi. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the wardrobe, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that impart an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of the wardrobe based on the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the wardrobe based on the design in a variant, in a perspective view. The wardrobe body is cuboid-shaped, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The wardrobe is divided into three sections – the central section has a full panel door with a mirror, while the side panels of the central door have full panel doors divided vertically into three sections of equal height and width, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. A rectangular mirror is mounted concentrically on the central door panel and is smaller than the door, so that a frame of equal width forms around the mirror. All doors are mounted in a sliding manner within the body. The wardrobe can be made in a variety of colors, with the colors being strong and the colors of the upper and lower side door panels contrasting with the colors of the central side door panels, body panels, and central door panels. In the version shown in Fig. 2, the side doors of the wardrobe have a dark center section and light upper and lower sections. The top and bottom of the wardrobe are topped with a double rim, extending beyond the wardrobe body, overlapping the door fronts. The sides of the wardrobe body extend beyond the body by the same distance as the upper rim, limiting door movement. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The wardrobe according to the design has a body with side panels extending from the front to the front surface of the body, constituting the side walls of the body, protruding outwards, beyond the side panels of the wardrobe, increasing the width of the wardrobe when viewed from the front of the wardrobe, wherein the wardrobe has a crown and a plinth and is divided into three parts and in the central part has a door with a mirror, and on the sides of the central door there are side doors, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.2. The wardrobe doors are full doors, where the middle door with a mirror has a mirror pane attached whose dimensions are smaller than the door dimensions, while the side doors have full panels divided vertically into three parts of the same height and width, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. The top and bottom of the wardrobe are topped with a wreath, extending beyond the wardrobe body, overlapping the door fronts, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4. The sides of the wardrobe body extend beyond the wardrobe body by the same distance as the top wreath of the wardrobe, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 5. The wardrobe has the color of the top and bottom parts of the side door panels contrasting with the color of the the middle part of the side door panel, body panels and the middle door panel, as shown in Fig. 2. 6. The wardrobe in the execution variant has a light color of the upper and lower part of the side door panel and a dark color of the middle part of the side door panel, body panels and the middle door panel, as shown in Fig. 2.
