Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia klape tylna samochodu osobowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- klape w widoku z przodu, fig.3- klape w widoku z tylu, fig.4- klape w widoku z lewej strony, fig.5- klape w widoku z prawej strony, fig.6- klape w widoku z góry, a fig.7- klape w widoku z dolu. Klapa tylna samochodu osobowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z przodu wysokosc zabudowanej dolnej czesci klapy jest w przyblizeniu równa wysokosci azurowej górnej czesci klapy, w której znajduje sie otwór o zarysie trapezu równobocznego z zaokraglonymi narozami oraz wypukly pas, z lukowata dolna krawedzia, przy czym pas jest usytuowany nad górna krawedzia trapezowego otworu. The novelty and unique character of the design are reflected in the shape of the passenger car tailgate. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the passenger car tailgate, Fig. 2 shows the tailgate from the front, Fig. 3 shows the tailgate from the rear, Fig. 4 shows the tailgate from the left side, Fig. 5 shows the tailgate from the right side, Fig. 6 shows the tailgate from above, and Fig. 7 shows the tailgate from below. An industrial-design passenger car tailgate has the following essential features: in a front view, the height of the lower, built-up part of the tailgate is approximately equal to the height of the upper, openwork part of the tailgate, which includes an opening in the shape of an equilateral trapezoid with rounded corners and a convex strip with an arcuate lower edge, the strip being located above the upper edge of the trapezoidal opening. The front wall contains visible recesses, convexities, and openings in trapezoidal, rectangular, and circular shapes, while the rear wall contains rectangular, square, and polygonal openings, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
