Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy w postaci zelki nadziewanej o nazwie AKUKU Rozetki, charakteryzujacy sie nowa postacia wytworu nadana w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture materialu i owocowe nadzienie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku komputerowym pt. AKUKU Rozetki - fig.l, la, 2,2a, 3,4. Wyrób cukierniczy w postaci zelki nadziewanej jest wyrobem zelowym o owocowym smaku, otrzymanym z polaczenia dwóch mas zelowych. Wyrób zelowy o ksztalcie fantazyjnego stozka o pasiastym zabarwieniu, którego wnetrze wypelnione zostalo pólplynna galaretka pektynowa i jest przestawione na fig.la i fig. 2a. Korpus sklada sie z dwu kolorowej masy drobnoporowatej, uzyskanej w wyniku napowietrzenia masy zelowej. Wyrób sklada sie z 10 pasków rozmieszczonych regularnie (5 bialych, 5 kolorowych) i tworzacych na spodzie wyrobu 2 - kolorowa rozetke. Wyrób charakteryzuje sie j ogurtowo-o woco wym smakiem. The confectionery product in the form of a filled jelly bean is a fruit-flavored gel product obtained by combining two gel masses. The gel product has the shape of a fanciful, striped cone, the interior of which is filled with semi-liquid pectin jelly and is shown in figs. 1a and 2a. The body consists of a two-colored, fine-pore mass obtained by aerating the gel mass. The product consists of 10 regularly arranged stripes (5 white, 5 colored) forming a two-color rosette at the bottom. The product is characterized by a yogurt-fruity flavor.
