Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.10.1975 82288 KI. 5c,11/18 MKP E21d 11/18 Twórcywynalazku: Miroslaw Chudek, Wlodzimierz Olaszowski, Kazimierz Podgórski, Andrzej Pach Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Politechnika Slaska im. W. Pstrowskiego, Gliwice (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania poduszki amortyzacyjnej zabezpieczajacej obudowe wyrobisk korytarzowych przed skutkami tapan Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania poduszki amortyzacyjnej zabezpieczajacej obudowe wyrobisk korytarzowych przed skutkami tapan. Fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny przez wyrobisko korytarzowe 1, w obudowie murowej 5, z wytworzona poduszka amortyzacyjna 4. PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: October 30, 1975 82288 KI. 5c, 11/18 MKP E21d 11/18 Inventors: Miroslaw Chudek, Wlodzimierz Olaszowski, Kazimierz Podgórski, Andrzej Pach Authorized by a temporary patent: Politechnika Slaska im. W. Pstrowskiego, Gliwice (Poland) Manufacturing method of amortization cushion protecting the casing of corridor workings against the effects of tapans The subject of the invention is a method of producing a cushion protecting the casing of corridor workings against the effects of tapan. Until now, corridor workings were protected against the effects of tapans by using proppant or flexible materials for the casing. The used cushions made of backing and other materials did not properly protect the lining of the corridor from its destruction during tapping. The construction of the support for the casing as well as the cushion cushions made of porous materials was expensive and labor-intensive. The object of the invention is to produce a cushion cushion in the rock mass layers surrounding the excavation, which would properly protect the casing against its destruction during tapan at relatively low cost of production. This goal was achieved by producing a shock-absorbing cushion in rock layers or in a useful mineral by shooting technique, consisting in the fact that, after the casing is made, holes are drilled into the rocks surrounding the excavation, and then after loading charges of explosive material, so that after their firing, they generate the cracking zone, in which the maximum cracks occur at a distance greater than 1 m in relation to the outline of the excavation in the breakthrough, which cracking zone creates a shock-absorbing cushion protecting the casing against the dangerous effects of tapes. In the event of tapping, the kinetic energy of the surrounding scales discharges in the zone of maximally exposed scales wt. cushion and does not completely destroy the casing. The given method may be used both in the case of monolithic, concrete / brick, reinforced concrete and in the case of steel hatch cladding with a closed or open cross-section. In the case of using a monolithic casing as the final form of securing the excavation, the amortization cushion is made after the excavation has been made in the preliminary or temporary casing, and then the final monolithic casing is made. Such a cushion discharges the dynamic pressure during tapping and then it acts relatively slowly on the casing without damaging it. The operation of the cushion produced by the shooting technique behind the excavation casing consists in the fact that during the tapping, the pressure wave that runs causes further cracking of the scales of the cushion, its sealing reduces the kinetic energy of the tapping, transferring a slight increase in pressure to the casing. 2 82 288 Presented protection of the casing with a cushion The method according to the invention is illustrated, for example, by a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross-section through a corridor 1, in a steel hatch casing 2, after the construction of of the blast holes 3. Fig. 2 shows the created crunch zone 4, outside the casing 2 after firing the explosive. Fig. 3 shows a cross-section through a corridor 1, in a wall casing 5, with the produced shock absorption cushion 4. PL EN
