Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z nasadka, zwlaszcza do srodków czyszczacych. Indywidualny charakter postaci wytworu przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie butelki. Znane sa butelki o róznorodnych ksztaltach. Na przyklad, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 14925 znana jest butelka majaca postac przestrzennego, czterosciennego elementu, którego stosunek przeciwleglych scian bocznych wynosi, w przyblizeniu 2:3 . Sciany boczne znanej butelki stykaja sie lukiem i przechodza lukiem we wklesle dno, zas w górnej strefie zwezaja sie w kierunku cylindrycznej glówki. Ponadto, kazda ze scian znanej butelki, w niewielkiej odleglosci od swej lukowej krawedzi, ma wydluzony wpust, rozpoczynajacy sie u podstawy glówki i konczacy sie w strefie dna. Znana jest, takze z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr 1004 butelka o ksztalcie splaszczonej czworobocznej bryly, której sciany boczne, w widoku od czola, lekko w dolnej czesci sie zwezaja. Ponadto, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 11432 znana jest butelka z nasadka posiadajaca ksztaltsplaszczonego pojemnika, który, w przekroju poprzecznym ma czesciowy zarys elipsy, przy czym jeden bok pojemnika stanowi plaskie przedluzenie pólkolistej czesci szczytowej, której wylot zaopatrzony jest w cylindryczna nasadke, zas czesc pojemnika przy jego podstawie jest lekko poszerzona. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku i fig. 3 - butelke w widoku od spodu. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma postac splaszczonej czterosciennej bryly (fig. 1,2), która ma przekrój poprzeczny i dno, o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu elipsy, przy czym wzajemny stosunek obu osi elipsy wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 1 : 2,5, a mniejsze luki elipsy, w widoku od spodu, maja ksztalt litery C z wyprostowanym brzuszkiem i stanowia wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicie (fig.3). Eliptyczne dno butelki wedlug wzoru stanowi rzut pionowy scian butelki. Dolna czesc butelki posiada waski, dookólny, niewielki nadlew (fig. 1 i 2), natomiast jej dno, w widoku od spodu, ma plytkie wklesniecie o ksztalcie, opisanej wyzej, elipsy. Górna czesc korpusu butelki wedlug wzoru posiada niewielki, dookólny nadlew odpowiadajacy gabarytowo nadlewowi dna, przy czym boczne szersze sciany górnej czesci korpusu zwezaja sie stopniowo ku górnemu zwienczeniu nakretka i, przy czym, zwienczenie ograniczaja owalne linie wykonane, odpowiednio, promieniami: mniejszym i wiekszym, dzieki czemu górna czesc butelki ma obustronnie, asymetrycznie wyoblony ksztalt. Ponadto, butelka wedlug wzoru posiada nasadke o ksztalcie stozka scietego (fig. 1 i 2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka ma postac splaszczonej czterosciennej bryly, która ma przekrój poprzeczny i dno o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu, elipsy, przy czym wzajemny stosunek obu osi elipsy wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 1 : 2,5 a naroza elipsy, w widoku od spodu maja ksztalt litery C z wyprostowanym brzuszkiem i stanowia wzajemnieswoje lustrzane odbicie. Dolna czesc butelki posiada waski, dookólny, niewielki nadlew podobnie jak górna czesc korpusu butelki, przy czym boczne szersze sciany górnej czesci korpusu zwezaja sie stopniowo, ku górnemu zwienczeniu nakretka i, przy czym, zwienczenie ograniczaja owalne linie wykonane, odpowiednio promieniami: mniejszym i wiekszym. The individual character of the product is manifested in the bottle's original shape. Bottles of various shapes are known. For example, the description of ornamental design no. 14925 describes a bottle in the form of a three-dimensional, four-sided element, the ratio of which between opposite side walls is approximately 2:3. The side walls of the known bottle meet in an arc and arc into a concave bottom, while at the top they taper towards a cylindrical head. Furthermore, each wall of the known bottle, a short distance from its arced edge, has an elongated groove, starting at the base of the head and ending at the bottom. Also known from the description of industrial design No. 1004 is a bottle in the shape of a flattened quadrangular block, the side walls of which, viewed from the front, taper slightly towards the bottom. Furthermore, from the description of ornamental design No. 11432, a bottle with a cap in the shape of a flattened container, which, in cross-section, has a partial ellipse outline, with one side of the container being a flat extension of the semicircular top section, the outlet of which is provided with a cylindrical cap, while the part of the container at its base is slightly widened. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 the bottle from the bottom. The bottle, according to the pattern, has the form of a flattened, four-sided solid (figs. 1 and 2), whose cross-section and bottom are similar to an ellipse, with the ratio of the two ellipse axes to each other being approximately 1:2.5, and the smaller arcs of the ellipse, viewed from below, have the shape of the letter C with an upright belly and are mirror images of each other (fig. 3). The elliptical bottom of the bottle, according to the pattern, is a vertical projection of the bottle walls. The lower part of the bottle has a narrow, omnidirectional, small riser (figs. 1 and 2), while its bottom, viewed from below, has a shallow concavity in the shape of the ellipse described above. The upper part of the bottle body, as per the design, has a small, circumferential riser corresponding in size to the riser of the bottom, with the wider side walls of the upper part of the body gradually tapering towards the upper cap, and the cap is bounded by oval lines made with smaller and larger radii, respectively, giving the upper part of the bottle an asymmetrically rounded shape on both sides. Furthermore, the bottle, as per the design, has a truncated cone-shaped cap (figs. 1 and 2). Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle has the form of a flattened, four-sided solid with a cross-section and a bottom shape similar to an ellipse, with the ratio of the two axes of the ellipse being approximately 1:2.5, and the corners of the ellipse, viewed from below, having the shape of the letter C with a straight belly, are mirror images of each other. The lower part of the bottle has a narrow, small, omnidirectional overhang, similar to the upper part of the bottle body. The wider side walls of the upper part of the body gradually taper towards the upper cap, and the cap is bounded by oval lines made with smaller and larger radii, respectively.
