Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sznurkowa torebka, wykonana recznie. Znane sa torebki wykonane z tkaniny sznurkowej o splocie kolumien- kowym, wytwarzanej maszynowo. Torebki te posiadaja krótsze lub dluzsze uchwyty wszyte na górnym obrzezu i ewentualnie zamki blyskawiczne. Posiadaja kolor naturalnego sznurka lub sa barwione. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac torebki, przejawiaja- ca sie w jej strukturze, kolorystyce i uzytym materiale. Torebka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniona w czterech odmianach na fotografiach, których Fig. 1+4 przedstawiaja odpowiednio pierwsza, druga, trzecia i czwarta odmiane torebki w widoku perspekty- wicznym. Torebka ma postac czworokatnego, plaskiego pojemnika, wykonanego recznie z dzianiny rzadkowej (falowej), jedna nitka splotem szydelkowym, z grubego jednobarwnego sznurka papierowego w naturalnym kolorze bezowym. Przy swym górnym obrzezu torebka ma zamocowany wydluzony uchwyt lub uchwyty oraz zamkniecie.W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego torebka w widoku z przo- du ma ksztalt prostokata, którego dluzszy bok jest usytuowany w pozio- mie, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w dwa nieco wydluzone uchwyty. Posrodku obrzeza torebka ma wydluzona petelke i klebek, roz- mieszczone na przemian i stanowiace jej zamkniecie. Dzianina posiada rzadki (tak zwane linie falowania) usytuowane piono- wo. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego torebka w widoku z przo- du ma ksztalt prostokata usytuowanego dluzszym bokiem w poziomie. Na górnym swym obrzezu torebka ma dwa wydluzone uchwyty oraz wia- zania rozmieszczone na przemian posrodku obrzeza, które stanowia jej zamkniecie. Dzianina posiada rzadki (linie falowania) rozmieszczone pionowo. Torebka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzeciej odmianie wykonania posiada w widoku z przodu ksztalt kwadratu, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w jeden znacznie wydluzony uchwyt oraz, na calej dlu- gosci tego obrzeza, w klapke opadajaca na przednia sciane torebki. Klap- ka na swym obrzezu ma dwie wydluzone petelki, a na scianie przedniej torebki sa rozmieszczone w odpowiednim miejscu dwa klebki. Dzianina posiada rzadki (linie falowania) usytuowane poziomo. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego torebka w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt kwadratu, zaopatrzonego na koncach górnego obrzeza w dwa wydluzone uchwyty oraz wiazania rozmieszczone na przemian posrodku obrzeza i stanowiace zamkniecie torebki. Dzianina posiada rzadki (linie falowania) usytuowane poziomo.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Torebka ma postac czworokatnego, plaskiego pojemnika z dzianiny rzadkowej (falowanej) wykonanej recznie jedna nitka, splotem szydel- kowym ze sznurka papierowego; - Torebka posiada co najmniej jeden uchwyt i zamkniecie; - Jest jednobarwna, w naturalnym bezowym kolorze.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a hand-made string bag. Bags made of warp-knit string fabric, machine-made, are known. These bags have shorter or longer handles sewn onto the upper edge and optional zippers. They are either the color of natural string or dyed. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bag, manifested in its structure, color, and material used. The bag according to the industrial design is shown in four variations in the photographs, of which Figs. 1+4 show the first, second, third, and fourth variations, respectively, in perspective. The bag has the form of a quadrangular, flat container, hand-made of warp-knit fabric, one strand crocheted, and thick, single-color paper string in a natural beige color. The bag has an elongated handle or handles and a closure attached to its upper rim. In the first version of the industrial design, the bag's front view is a rectangle with its longer side horizontal, and two slightly elongated handles at the ends of the upper rim. In the center of the rim, the bag has an elongated loop and a ball, arranged alternately, constituting its closure. The fabric has sparse (so-called wavy lines) arranged vertically. In the second version of the industrial design, the bag's front view is a rectangle with its longer side horizontal. On its upper rim, the bag has two elongated handles and ties arranged alternately in the center of the rim, constituting its closure. The fabric has sparse (so-called wavy lines) arranged vertically. The third version of the industrial design, in its front view, has a square shape, with a single, significantly elongated handle at the ends of the upper edge and, along the entire length of this edge, a flap that folds down onto the front wall of the bag. The flap has two elongated loops on its edge, and two balls are placed at appropriate locations on the front wall of the bag. The fabric has sparse horizontal ribbing (wave lines). In the fourth version of the industrial design, the front view of the bag is square, with two elongated handles at the ends of the upper edge and ties placed alternately in the center of the edge, constituting the bag's closure. The fabric has sparse (wave lines) arranged horizontally. Essential features of the industrial design: - The bag is a quadrangular, flat container made of sparse (wave) knit fabric, hand-made with a single thread, crocheted from paper string; - The bag has at least one handle and a closure; - It is single-colored, in a natural beige color.
