Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka zajaczka , wykonana z czekolady, przeznaczona do celów spozywczych owinieta zdobiona folia Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wyrobu czekoladowego. Nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono w ujeciu z profilu na fotografii oznaczonej jako fig.1, a fotografia oznaczona jako fig.2 przedstawia jego ujecie w - tak zwanym - % profilu. Cecha charakterystyczna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt figurki, imitujace j sredniego zajaczka z polozonymi uszami oraz zdobienia na folii aluminiowej. Zdobienia te zawieraja wielobarwne elementy graficzne w postaci: oczu, nosa, wasów, pazurów, kwiatów, lisci i kokardy oraz barwny napis „Terravita". Wykonanie figurki polega na umieszczeniu uprzednio przygotowanej masy czekoladowej w specjalnej formie do tak zwanych figurek pustych , a nastepnie - schlodzeniu i wybiciu z formy. Tak uzyskana figurke zawija sie w zdobiona folie aluminiowa.fig. 1fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a chocolate bunny figurine, intended for food use, wrapped in decorated foil. The industrial design represents a new and original form of a chocolate product. It is suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is shown in profile in the photograph marked as Fig. 1, while the photograph marked as Fig. 2 shows it in a full-length profile. The characteristic feature of the industrial design is the shape of the figurine, imitating a medium-sized bunny with folded ears, and the decorations on the aluminum foil. These decorations include multicolored graphic elements such as eyes, a nose, a mustache, claws, flowers, leaves, a bow, and the colorful inscription "Terravita." Creating the figurine involves placing previously prepared chocolate mass in a special mold for so-called hollow figurines, then cooling and removing it from the mold.
