Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie butelki, oryginalna budowa dna butelki oraz wyglad zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac butelce walory uzytkowe i ergonomiczne zwiazane z trzymaniem i operowaniem butelka, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok aksonometryczny butelki na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Material ilustracyjny stanowi zdjecie perspektywiczne butelki jak na fig. 1. Butelka na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze wykonana jest z kolorowego czerwonego szkla o zmiennej tonacji zabarwienia, od ciemnoczerwonej w czesci górnej, do jasnoczerwonej w czesci dolnej i w dnie.Przestrzennie butelka jest uksztaltowana w postaci prostopadloscianu z wypuklymi czolowymi scianami i bocznymi scianami, przechodzacymi w czesci górnej po luku, eliptycznie do walcowej koncówki wlewowej z kolnierzem oporowym. Wokól koncówki wlewowej w pojemniku, uksztaltowana jest pozioma plaszczyzna pod opierajace sie na niej zamkniecie butelki. W czesci dolnej butelki wyprofilowane jest kolnierzowo dno butelki o zarysie eliptycznym z prostymi, bocznymi sciankami, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Gladka kolorowa powierzchnia butelki z kolnierzowym eliptycznym dnem nadaje butelce wysokie estetyczne walory, zas ksztalt butelki pozwala na pewne jej trzymanie i operowanie w czasie uzytkowania.Fig.1Fig.2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid cosmetics. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shape of the bottle, the unique structure of the bottle's bottom, and the appearance of the outer surface, giving the bottle practical and ergonomic qualities related to holding and handling the bottle, as well as high decorative value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and accompanying illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows an axonometric view of the bottle for liquid cosmetics in Fig. 1. The illustrative material is a perspective photograph of the bottle as in Fig. 1. The industrial design bottle for liquid cosmetics has essential industrial design features, characterized by being made of colored red glass with variable shades, from dark red in the upper part to light red in the lower part and at the bottom. The bottle is shaped spatially as a cuboid with convex front walls and side walls, which arc elliptically in the upper part to a cylindrical filling nozzle with a retaining collar. A horizontal plane is formed around the filling nozzle in the container for the bottle closure to rest on. The lower part of the bottle has a flanged bottom with an elliptical shape and straight side walls, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and the attached illustrative material Fig. 2. The smooth, colorful surface of the bottle with a flanged, elliptical bottom gives the bottle high aesthetic values, while the shape of the bottle allows for a firm hold and operation during use.
