Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widok czolowy i widok z tylu wyrobu porcelanowego zaprezentowano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 3, a na Fig. 2 ukazano widok z boku. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in general terms in the attached illustrations. The front and back views of the porcelain product are presented in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, while Fig. 2 shows a side view. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of an industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by the figurine depicting a slender woman leaning slightly forward, representing a stately lady walking in a flowing and stylized dress with a train.
