Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których Fig. 1 jest pólwidokiem-pólprzekrojem, a Fig. 2 jest przekrojem A-A z Fig. 1. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowego ma ksztalt zblizony bryly, która w widoku z przodu jest podobna do litery C. Zewnetrzny bok tej bryly stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy, zas ramiona sa czesciami mocujacymi. Polaczenie uchwytu wlasciwego z kazda z czesci mocujacych tworzy wewnetrzne wglebienie, zas osiowy przekrój poprzeczny uchwytu wlasciwego ma ksztalt owalny zlozony z dwóch odcinków krzywej o róznych promieniach krzywizny, przy czym czesc zewnetrzna uchwytu uformowana jest przez odcinek krzywizny o mniejszym promieniu. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its utility. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 is a half-view/half-section, and Fig. 2 is a cross-section A-A of Fig. 1. The two-point furniture handle has a shape similar to the letter C when viewed from the front. The outer side of this shape constitutes the handle itself, while the arms are the mounting parts. The connection of the handle proper with each of the mounting parts forms an internal recess, and the axial cross-section of the handle proper has an oval shape composed of two curved segments with different radii of curvature, with the outer part of the handle being formed by the curved segment with a smaller radius.
