Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których Fig. 1 jest widokiem perspektywicznym, a Fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z dolu. Uchwyt meblowego dwupunktowy ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do litery C o rozchylonych ramionach stanowiacych czesci mocujace. Uchwyt uformowany jest z kolowego, wydrazonego preta, przy czym wydrazenie to sklada sie z dwóch wydrazen ustawionych wzajemnie symetrycznie. Kazde z tych wydrazen ma ksztalt odcinka kola, przy czym wydrazenia te sa wzajemnie rozdzielone pelna czescia srodkowa. Czesc srodkowa ma na kazdym koncu gwintowany otwór przeznaczony na wkret mocujacy uchwyt do powierzchni mebla. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowego dwupunktowy ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do litery C o rozchylonych ramionach stanowiacych czesci mocujace. Uchwyt uformowany jest z kolowego, wydrazonego preta, przy czym wydrazenie to sklada sie z dwóch wydrazen ustawionych wzajemniesymetrycznie. Kazde z tych wydrazen ma ksztalt odcinka kola, przy czym wydrazenia te sa wzajemnie rozdzielone pelna czescia srodkowa. Czesc srodkowa ma na kazdym koncu gwintowany otwór przeznaczony na wkret mocujacy uchwyt do powierzchni mebla. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its utility. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 is a perspective view and Fig. 2 shows the handle from below. From the front, the two-point furniture handle has a shape similar to the letter C, with splayed arms constituting the mounting elements. The handle is formed from a circular, hollow rod, with the hollow consisting of two hollows arranged symmetrically. Each of these hollows is shaped like a segment of a circle, with the hollows separated by a solid central section. The central section has a threaded hole at each end for a screw that secures the handle to the furniture surface. The two-point furniture handle, when viewed from the front, has a shape similar to the letter C, with splayed arms constituting the mounting elements. The handle is formed from a circular, hollow rod, with the hollow section consisting of two mutually symmetrically arranged hollow sections. Each of these hollow sections is shaped like a segment of a circle, and the hollow sections are separated by a solid central section.
