The essence of the design is the new and original form of the product, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the terminal in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a front perspective view of a variant of the terminal, Fig. 3 shows the terminal from the rear, and Fig. 4 shows another variant of the terminal from the rear. The industrial design is also shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 5 shows the terminal in a front perspective view, and Fig. 6 shows a front perspective view of a variant of the terminal. Essential features of the industrial design: The gaming terminal, according to the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, the rear wall and side walls of which are smooth vertical surfaces. Among the essential features of the industrial design are the front part of the terminal, a rectangular surface extending diagonally inward from top to bottom, constituting the terminal's door. Its lower section meets at an obtuse angle the rectangular surface of the footboard, which extends outward slightly diagonally downward relative to the ground, and at its outer end is bent perpendicularly to the ground, a short distance away. The vertical edges of the door and the side edges of the footboard are framed with distinctive moldings. Parallel longitudinal supports are positioned just above the terminal's footboard. Above the rectangular surface of the terminal door is a horizontal, externally curved countertop. Connected to this countertop, slightly inclined vertically relative to the countertop via a vertical longitudinal strip, is a rectangular surface on which the monitor screen is visible, and next to it, in a rectangular field, a recessed area – the banknote acceptor hopper. Other significant features of the industrial design include the color and surface properties of the terminal. The lower part of the terminal door, the footrest and supports above the footrest, the strips constituting the vertical door edges and the side edges of the footrest, the rectangular surface surrounding the monitor, and the rectangular surface next to the monitor with the recessed area constituting the banknote acceptor hopper – all have shiny metallic surfaces, i.e., chrome-plated or polished steel.
