Description
Przyklad. Powloke ochronna uzyskuje sie w wyniku zmieszania etylocelulozy zawierajacej 2,5 grup etoksylowych na jedna reszte glikozydowa w ilosci 40 czesci wagowych zmieszana z kopolimerem kwasu akrylowego i metakrylowego w ilosci 5 czesci wagowych i olejem wrzecionowym o symbolu MWP w ilosci 6 czesci wagowych. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing an anti-corrosive, peelable protective coating made of plastics, especially on metal surfaces. It is known to produce protective coatings on metal surfaces based on bitumen and paraffins, or to protect the surface by applying a protective layer of anti-corrosion varnishes or paints. The disadvantage of these methods is that the protective film applied to the surfaces is difficult to remove from the protected surface. Protective coatings based on bitumen are difficult to remove from the surface, especially after a longer period of conservation. To remove these protective coatings, chemical dissolving agents, most often toxic or posing a threat to safe working conditions, had to be used. which would properly protect the surfaces from corrosion and, at the same time, could be easily removed from the protected objects. This goal was achieved by developing a method of producing an anti-corrosive, peelable protective coating made of plastics, especially on metal surfaces, in which the protective coating is obtained by mixing ethyl cellulose and copolymer of acrylic acid esters dissolved in organic solvents with amine corrosion inhibitors, with 25-50 parts by weight of ethyl cellulose containing 2.5 ethoxy groups for one glycoside residue and 47 —85 toluene, 4-6 parts by weight of a copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acid esters dissolved in 5-7 parts by weight of spindle oil together with amine corrosion inhibitors and suitable dyes. The mass thus obtained is applied to the surface by known methods. The mixture obtained is preferably mixed with 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of a pyridine complex with FeCl2 and phosphoric acid, and 1-2 parts by weight of n-butyl alcohol and 0.04-0.1 parts by weight of dimethylthiourea. The protective layer can be tinted in any color.2 85 619 Thanks to the use of surface protection using the method according to the invention, insulating layers are obtained that adhere closely to the protective surface and can be easily removed from it (by tearing off), because a film is formed between the protective layer and the protective surface oil. These films can be removed with a preservative which is not harmful to health. The protective coating is obtained by mixing ethylcellulose containing 2.5 parts by weight of ethoxylate to one glycoside residue in an amount of 40 parts by weight mixed with a copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acid in the amount of 5 parts by weight and with spindle oil with the symbol MWP in the amount of 6 parts by weight. In turn, the obtained mass is mixed with dimethylthiourea in the amount of 0.05 parts by weight of a pyridine complex with FeCl2 and phosphoric acid in the amount of 0.1 n-butyl alcohol in the amount of one part by weight and toluene in the amount of 47 parts by weight, and applied to the surface of objects using known methods. The method according to the invention is best to protect against corrosion and mechanical damage the surfaces of the pivots of the rolling stock wheelsets. PL
