Description

Chodzi tu glównie o przyrzady specjalne, które posiada¬ ja mechanizmy transportowe do podawania zamocowa¬ nych w magazynach elementów kotwiacych do wylotu przyrzadu. Znane sa przyrzady posiadajace prostopadly do osi lufy kanal znajdujacy sie w obrebie wylotu i sluzacy do dopro¬ wadzania znajdujacych sie w magazynkach elementów kotwiacych przeznaczonych do wyrzutu. Jezeli w takim przypadku nastapi odpalenie ladunku miotajace¬ go, wówczas przyspieszony do przodu tlok wbijajacymusi byc przechwytywany w przyrzadzie co powoduje znaczne uszkodzenia przyrzadu. Zachodzi takze mozliwosc znisz¬ czenia magazynku i innych czesci przyrzadu, kiedy po odpaleniu ladunku tlok wbijajacy zostanie wyrzucony do przodu, zas magazyneknie zostanie uprzednio przesuniety o pelny skok. Zadanie to wedlugwynalazku rozwiazano w ten sposób, ze urzadzenie podajnikowe umieszczono wahliwie wzgledem wylotu przyrzadu i ze wyposazono go w mechanizm sterujacy, uruchamiany za pomoca ruchu wahliwego, sluzacy do cyklicznego przesuwania maga¬ zynku.W czasie gdy przyrzad wedlugwynalazkuzostaje skiero¬ wany wylotem w strone podloza, urzadzenie podajnikowe wychyla sie w kierunku wylotu przyrzadu, a mechanizm sterujacy przebywa wtedy droge równa przewaznie jedne¬ mu skokowi posuwu w odwrotnym kierunku do posuwu magazynku. Takie wykonanie, dopasowane w szczególnosci do ksztaltu magazynku zapewnia daleko idaca be.;usterkowa prace przyrzadu, gdyz mechanizm sterujacy jest zabezpie¬ czony przed zewnetrznym mechanicznym uszkodzeniem i zageszczeniami. W przypadku zastosowania magazynków kezkoncowych problem umie¬ szczenia palca staje sie nieistotny. Role ogra¬ nicznika moga takze spelniac specjalne elementy ograni¬ czajace, przyporzadkowane do urzadzenia podajnikowego i korpusu przyrzadu. Obciazona sprezyna dzwignia 7 poprzez kolek 14 wchcdzi do szczeliny 15 podajnikowego urzadzenia 5 i w ten sposób utrzymujesie w odchylonympolozeniu. Sprezyno¬ wy zatrzask kulkowy 27, który znajduje sie w obrebie wylotu 2 podajnikowego urzadzenia 5 wskazuje do wybra¬ nia 19 i ustala magazynek 6 w pozadanym polozeniu.Podczas kierowania przyrzadu z podajnikowym urza¬ dzeniem 5 w strone podloza, podajnikowe urzadzenie 5 odchyla sie w strone wylotu 2. Przyporzadko¬ wana do sworznia 14 zapadka 16 przebywa taka sama droge wzdluz krawedzi magazynku po uprzednim wycia¬ gnieciu palca 17 z wybrania 19a i kolejno wskakuje w na¬ stepne wybranie 19b.W czasie tego ruchu posuwisto-zwrotnego zapadki 16 piórowa sprezyna 21 zostaje wcisnieta, a sworzen 14 prze¬ suwa sie osiowo o odcinekrówny glebokosciwybrania 19a.Podczasnachylania podajnikowego urzadzenia 5 do wylo¬ tu 2 pn^oadu, glówka zmagazynowanego gwozdzia 26a uderza w pnednia czolowa strone wbijajacego tloka 4 6 i wsuwa tlok do wnetrza przyrzadu, to znaczy w polozenie gotowe do odpalenia.W celu zapewnienia aby glówka gwozdzia niezawodnie trafila do otworu wylotu, posiada on stozek centrujacy.Przy skrajnym odchyleniu podajnikowego urzadzenia 5 prowadnica 24 znajduje sie w swym normalnym wzdluz¬ nym polozeniu, a gwózdz 26a przyjmuje polozenie równo¬ legle do osi tloka wbijajacego. Równo¬ czesnie z posuwem nowego gwozdzia przeznaczonego do wbicia wyrzuca sie takze czesc 35 magazynku jednorazo- wego uzytku z urzadzenia nadajnikowego 5.Tegorodzaju przyrzady nadaja sie takze doprzeprowa¬ dzania prac w trudno dostepnych miejscach, na przyklad do mocowania plyt wkladowych na wewnetrznych scia¬ nach wlewnic. PLThe subject of the invention is an apparatus for shooting bolts, nails and similar anchoring elements under the influence of the explosive force of gunpowder, usually a hard substrate, consisting of a body and a conveyor device, which is used to rhythmically move the magazine containing the anchoring elements to the outlet. For the sake of time savings, pin driving devices equipped with an auxiliary feeding device for anchoring elements are used more and more often. These are mainly special devices that have transport mechanisms for feeding the anchoring elements fixed in the stores to the outlet of the device. A widespread variation of this type of device is the so-called piston device, having an axially displaceable driving piston for transferring energy from the powder charge to an anchor, which is placed in the device. Due to the fact that the piston device must be retracted before each clamping process of the previous position. in the gun barrel ready for firing, these devices have mostly a manual piston retraction device. There are devices known that have a channel perpendicular to the axis of the barrel, located within the mouth of the mouth and used to insert the anchor elements in the magazines. The magazine feed is manual and is therefore cumbersome and time-consuming. In addition, there are known devices having a feeding device fixed rigidly at the end of the barrel on the outlet side, which ensure a rhythmic advance of the anchors mounted in the magazines, for example in a direction perpendicular to the mouth of the solder. Movement of the magazine takes place by means of a relatively complex mechanism while pressing the outlet of the tool against the ground. In these devices, the retraction of the driving piston from its previous position to the firing position takes place irrespective of the magazine advance. In addition to a considerable loss of time, this also leads to significant technical difficulties. If the driving piston extends through the magazine in the front position, it will not remain by mistake it is returned to the position ready for firing, and the device outlet will nevertheless be pressed against the ground, then the driving piston blocks the magazine advance and as a result the transport mechanism is damaged. A further disadvantage is that even after the thrust piston has been retracted to the firing position and the magazine has been moved one stroke, the anchoring element holder upstream of the outlet may be missing the anchoring element. If, in such a case, the propellant charge is fired, then the forward accelerated driving piston must be intercepted in the device, causing considerable damage to the device. There is also the possibility of destroying the magazine and other parts of the device, when the driving piston is thrown forward after firing the charge, and the magazine is not previously moved by a full stroke. The forward piston driving the impact then into the magazine body causing its damage. The object of the present invention is to construct a device equipped with an automatic feeding device for% of the anchoring elements, which overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages of inadequacy. According to the invention, this task is solved in such a way that the feeding device is positioned oscillatingly in relation to the outlet of the device, and it is equipped with a control mechanism, operated by means of an oscillating motion, for the cyclical movement of the magazine. While the device according to the invention is directed with its outlet towards the outlet , the feeding device swings towards the exit of the device, and the control mechanism then travels a path that is generally equal to one feed stroke in the opposite direction to the magazine advance. At the same time, the anchor, not intended for driving in, is inserted into the outlet and the piston protruding slightly from the outlet of the device is inserted into the position ready to fire ^ This eliminates the special device for withdrawing the piston or the need to manually withdraw it. If, when swinging the feeder device, the bolt accidentally fails to move into the firing position, the driving piston is not retracted backwards. The driving piston is thus not energized and accelerates so that ignition of the powder does not cause any damage to the tool and poses no danger. In order to ensure that the anchor is in contact with the driving piston as far as possible in the center of its end face, it is advantageous if the pivoting radius of the anchoring element in the feeding device is as large as possible. The insertion of the anchoring element into the outlet opening of the tool is facilitated by the fact that a portion of the outlet bore has a larger diameter than the remainder of the bore; in the case of pistonless ones, the anchor is similarly inserted into the outlet bore and positioned ready for firing. The feeding device has guides for the magazine, whereby this guide houses at least a part of the control mechanism and a cut-out located at least in the zone adjacent to the outlet of the device for the passage of the anchoring elements and the parts of the magazine surrounding them. This design, in particular, ensures a far-reaching shape of the magazine. defective operation of the device, as the control mechanism is protected against external mechanical damage and condensation. The cutout has a sharp edge, which enables easy cutting of disposable magazines, in which the anchoring elements are mounted. In addition to the guide, longitudinal channels in the feeding device can also be made for the magazine body, in which channels, for example when using tape magazines, The anchoring elements protruding beyond the body of the magazine fit. In most known magazines, the anchoring elements are arranged as standard in the direction of the magazine advance. Taking this fact into account, the tilting position of the anchoring element can be achieved after completion of the pivoting process, the tilting position of the feed device is normally oriented in the driving direction. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the steering mechanism of the feed device is axially displaceable. This is made possible by the very slim and convenient form of the feeding device. In principle, however, also rotating or pivoting control mechanisms are used, for example. Automatic magazine feed is achieved by the use of one or more levers interacting with the control mechanism, located between the body of the device and the feed device, used to actuate the control mechanism during the swinging movement of the feed device. The role of the lever is performed particularly well by the connector (overlay). which at its ends is connected to the device body and the control mechanism by means of, for example, pins or pins. The connecting points are preferably located between the pivot point of the feeding device and the device outlet or the place of return of the anchoring elements. The lever is mounted on the rotating body of the device and the simultaneously displacing in a direction parallel to the movement of the control mechanism. The rotation at the connection points is ensured by the mentioned bearing elements, while the parallel movement is caused by the corresponding slot in the feeding device through which the pin associated with the control mechanism passes. The slot length is preferably selected so that it corresponds to the required travel path of the steering mechanism or the distance between the guide notches on the magazine. In this way it is ensured that the lever during the oscillating movement of the feed device moves the control mechanism over a path equal to the feed stroke. It is preferable to design the control mechanism as a single or multiple ratchet, provided with transport-locking fingers, which catch the cutouts on the magazine. For space-saving reasons, the pawl is mainly made of a flat bar. In order to provide a sliding end section of the magazine to the mouth of the tool, it is advantageous to place a finger within the notch for the passage of the anchors. It is also possible to place the finger at a certain distance from the mouth of the mouthpiece. the magazine is equipped with an extension serving only for the feed. In the case of using long-end magazines, the problem of placing the finger becomes negligible. The required thrust of the control mechanism is provided by the use of spring elements that press the latch against the magazine. A similar effect is also obtained by using, for example, a fully elastic latch or a rigid latch, but a spring finger. Particularly with regard to the bodywork and the efficiency of the feeder device, a spring-loaded spring element, for example, is used as a spring. Other types of springs, for example spiral springs, may also be used. In order to fix the magazine in the desired position 55 on the guide when the control mechanism is gripped, retaining elements are provided on the feed device for engaging in the magazine cutouts. The retaining elements further press the magazine against the side wall of the guide, so that it is in the correct position. If the retaining elements are placed in the area of the cut in the feed device for the passage of the anchoring elements, it is also ensured that the end of the magazine is accurately held in the feeding position 65. . 86130, for example, ball latches can be used as the retaining elements. On the one hand, they provide an accurate, largely adjustable shutdown, and on the other hand, they reduce the friction when moving the magazine. A particularly economical operation of the device is possible if a retracting element is used to automatically retract the feed device towards the position distance limiter from the outlet of the device. For simplicity, a slot is used as a stop for capturing the pin connecting the levers with the control mechanism. The role of the limiter may also be fulfilled by special limiting elements assigned to the feed device and the device body. A tension spring is particularly useful as a retraction element. However, also other mechanisms inducing tension, axial force or rotational force are applicable. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the device, partly in section, with the feed device in a resting position, 2, the feed device in a section along the line II-II according to FIG. 1, Fig. 3, the feed device in a section along the line III-III according to FIG. 1. The device according to FIG. 1 has a body 1, an outlet 2 and axially sliding in the hole 3, a protruding ramming piston 4, a feeding device 5 and a magazine 6 for disposable nails, as well as a lever 7. The feed device 5 is mounted on a pin 8 connected to the body 1, tilted in an offset body shell 1. Fixed on pins 9 and 11, tension spring 12 pulls rotatedly mounted on axis 13, levers 7 counterclockwise. Loaded spring lever 7 through 14 collet it drives into the slot 15 of the feed device 5 and thus holds it in the tilted position. As can be seen from FIG. 2, a latch 16 is mounted in a longitudinally extending cut 18 on the pin, the finger 17 of which engages in the recess 19 of the magazine 6. A leaf spring 21, simultaneously associated with the pin 14, rests on a plate 23 fixed by means of screws 22 and presses the latch 16 to the pin. of the magazine 6. The magazine 6 is guided in a longitudinally extending guide 24 which, as can be seen in FIG. 3, has parallel channels 25 which allow the nails 26 secured in the magazine 6 to move in the direction of feed. A spring-loaded ball latch 27, which is located within the outlet 2 of the feeder device 5, points to the selection 19 and fixes the magazine 6 in the desired position. When the device with the feeder device 5 is directed towards the ground, the feeder device 5 tilts in the outlet side 2. As a result, the position of the slot 15 in relation to the device body is also changed, which causes the pin 14, fixed to the lever 7 and guided in the slot 15, to move to the upper end of the slot 15, taking the levers 7 with it. the pawl 16 follows the same path along the edge of the magazine after the finger 17 is pulled out of the recess 19a and then snaps into the step 19b. During this reciprocating movement of the pawl 16, the leaf spring 21 is depressed and the pin 14 moves axially along a section equal to the depth of the recess 19a. When tilting the feed device 5 into the outlet 2 north of the body, the head of the stored nail 26a hits on the barrel front side of the driving piston 4 6 and slides the piston into the interior of the tool, i.e. into the firing position. In order to ensure that the nail head reliably enters the outlet opening, it has a centering cone. At the extreme deflection of the feeding device 5, the guide 24 is located in its normal longitudinal position and the nail 26a assumes a position parallel to the axis of the driving piston. In the next phase, the propellant charge is relaxed and the piston is accelerated in the direction of driving. In this case, the driving plunger 4 forces the nail 26a through the hole 29a adjacent to it and serving for guiding the nail 26a into the substrate. Upon impact of the magazine surface with the head of the head, the part 33a surrounding the nail 26a separates from the rest of the magazine body, which is favored by the longitudinal slots 3la and the shoulder 32. The circular part 33a of the magazine is then taken by the head of the nail in the direction of hammering and passes through the cut 34 intended for this. The hammering process ends when part 33a of the magazine or the nail head touches the substrate. The driving piston 4 is then again in the position as in Fig. 1. The tool is then lifted off the ground. The feed device 5 moves under the influence of the tension spring 12, the lever 7 and the pin 14 entering the slot 15 again from before the outlet 2 to the position shown. The copper rollers 14 also takes the latch 16, which with its finger 17 moves the magazine 6 on the cut 19b by one stroke in the feed direction. In this way, the new nail 26b enters the feeding position, which is fixed again by means of the ball latch 27. At the same time as the advance of the new nail to be driven in, part 35 of the disposable magazine is also ejected from the transmitting device 5. it is also possible to carry out work in hard-to-reach places, for example for fixing insert plates to the inner walls of ingot molds. For this type of application, the device is provided with an operating handle 36, which greatly facilitates bringing the device to a more or less distant mounting location. The pivot point of the feeder device 5. PL may also be provided on the bar 36
