Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak przedni samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zderzaka przedniego samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zderzak przedni samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- zderzak w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku, fig.3- zderzak w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zderzak w widoku z boku, fig.5- zderzak w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zderzak w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zderzak w widoku z dolu. Zderzak przedni samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys litery „U", przy czym krawedz górna zderzaka w czesci przedniej jest obnizona w stosunku do skosnie przebiegajacych krawedzi czesci bocznych zderzaka, a w czesci dolnej pola powierzchni czolowej zderzaka znajduja sie trzy otwory, z których najwiekszy srodkowy ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego. Dwa mniejsze otwory boczne sa symetryczne i kazdy ma zarys czworoboku, którego jeden krótszy bok jest lukowaty, a drugi krótszy bok jest równolegly do ramienia trapezowego otworu srodkowego. Ponadto, nad srodkowym otworem znajduje sie wypuklosc ozarysie prostokata, a nad kazdym otworem bocznym usytuowana jest wypuklosc zachodzaca na czesc boczna zderzaka. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the car's front bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the car's front bumper in a front and side perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bumper in a rear and side perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the bumper in a rear view, Fig. 4 shows the bumper in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the bumper in a second side view, Fig. 6 shows the bumper in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the bumper in a bottom view. The front bumper of a vehicle, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: when viewed from above and below, it has the outline of the letter "U," with the upper edge of the bumper in the front part being lowered in relation to the obliquely running edges of the bumper's sides, and in the lower part of the bumper's frontal surface area there are three openings, the largest of which, the central one, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid. The two smaller side openings are symmetrical and each has the outline of a quadrilateral, one shorter side of which is arcuate, and the other shorter side is parallel to the trapezoidal arm of the central opening. In addition, above the central opening there is a convexity with the outline of a rectangle, and above each side opening there is a convexity overlapping the side part of the bumper.
