Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota wzorów stanowiacych zestaw, przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie poszczególnych jego elementów, które róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - oryginalnym ksztaltem poszczególnych elementów lampy, w tym - ciekawym ksztaltem kloszy. Zestaw lamp oswietleniowych przedstawiony zostal na fotografiach, na których fig.l - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, fig.2 - ilustruje lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami, fig.3 - lampke stojaca, natomiast fig.4 - przedstawia kinkiet. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.l - tj. lampa wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie walca o zaokraglonych dolnych krawedziach, z którego spodu zostala wyprowadzona krótka rurka, laczaca sie z dluzszym lancuchem. Lancuch ten, za pomoca krótkiej tulejki laczy sie z duzym, walcowatym elementem. Górna i dolna czesc tego elementu sa nieznacznie wypukle i jest on ozdobiony u dolu niewielka kuleczka, natomiast w górnej i dolnej czesci poziomymi, regularnymi wglebieniami, które wypelnione zostaly polyskujacym materialem. Z bocznej powierzchni walcowatego elementu wyprowadzono - w równych odstepach od siebie - piec wygietych w luk ramion lampy, a takze umieszczone bezposrednio nad ramionami lampy ozdobne, cienkie rurki, które lacza sie z ramionami na ich koncach. Pod ramionami lampy, w ich koncowych odcinkach, umieszczono odwrócone elementy przypominajace niewielkie miseczki, pod którymi umocowano skierowane w dól klosze lampy o ksztalcie odwróconych misek o przyciemnionych brzegach.Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.2 - tj. lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada element w ksztalcie walca o zaokraglonych dolnych krawedziach, z którego spodu zostala wyprowadzona krótka rurka, laczaca sie z dluzszym lancuchem. Pod ramionami lampy, w ich koncowych odcinkach, umieszczono odwrócone elementy przypominajace niewielkie miseczki, pod którymi umocowano skierowane w dól klosze lampy o ksztalcie odwróconych misek o przyciemnionych brzegach. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.3 - tj. lampka stojaca, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawe jej stanowi element w ksztalcie dysku, z którego wyprowadzono wysoki element, o ksztalcie przypominajacym graniastoslup o podstawie kwadratowej, na którym umieszczono element przypominajacy graniastoslup o podstawie wielokata. Z miejsca laczenia sie ze soba obu opisanych elementów wyprowadzona zostala cienka wygieta do góry rurka, która wprowadzona jest pod klosz lampy. Klosz ten przypomina ksztaltem odwrócona miske, o przyciemnionych brzegach, a na samej jego górze, na srodku, znajduje sie ozdobny element w ksztalcie odwróconej miseczki zakonczonej ozdobna kuleczka. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.4 - tj. kinkiet, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego mocowany do sciany element stanowi wydluzony w pionie szesciokat, z którego srodka wyprowadzono poziomo, wygiete w luk ramie lampy, a takze umieszczona bezposrednio nad nim ozdobna, cienka rurke, która laczy sie z ramieniem na koncu. Pod ramieniem lampy, w jej koncowym odcinku, umieszczono odwrócony element przypominajacy niewielka miseczke, pod która umocowano skierowany w dól klosz lampy o ksztalcie odwróconej miski o przyciemnionych brzegach. Opisany zestaw lamp nosi nazwe „Bawaria".Wykaz elementów zestawu: 1) fig. 1 - lampa wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, 2) fig.2 - lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami, 3) fig.3 - lampka stojaca, 4) fig.4 - kinkiet. The essence of the designs constituting the set is manifested in the unusual shape of its individual components, which differ from previously known lamp designs: - the original shape of the individual lamp components, including - the interesting shape of the lampshades. The set of lighting lamps is presented in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a pendant lamp with five lampshades, Fig. 2 illustrates a pendant lamp with three lampshades, Fig. 3 a floor lamp, and Fig. 4 a wall lamp. The lamp shown in Fig. 1, i.e., a pendant lamp with five lampshades, is characterized by a cylindrical element in its upper part with rounded lower edges, from the bottom of which a short tube extends, connecting to a longer chain. This chain connects to a large, cylindrical element via a short sleeve. The upper and lower parts of this element are slightly convex and decorated with a small ball at the bottom, while the upper and lower parts are decorated with horizontal, regular recesses filled with a shimmering material. From the side surface of the cylindrical element extend—at regular intervals—five arched lamp arms, as well as thin decorative tubes placed directly above the lamp arms, which connect to the arms at their ends. Beneath the lamp's arms, at their ends, are inverted elements resembling small bowls, beneath which are attached downward-facing lampshades shaped like inverted bowls with darkened edges. The lamp shown in photo 2—a hanging lamp with three shades—is characterized by a cylindrical element in its upper section with rounded lower edges, from the bottom of which extends a short tube that connects to a longer chain. This chain, via a short sleeve, connects to a large, cylindrical element. The upper and lower parts of this element are slightly convex, and it is decorated with a small ball at the bottom, while the upper and lower parts are decorated with horizontal, regular recesses filled with a shimmering material. From the side surface of the cylindrical element, three arched lamp arms extend at equal intervals, as do thin decorative tubes placed directly above the lamp arms, which connect to the arms at their ends. Beneath the lamp arms, at their ends, are inverted elements resembling small bowls, beneath which are attached downward-facing lampshades shaped like inverted bowls with darkened edges. The lamp shown in Fig. 3—a floor lamp—is characterized by its disc-shaped base, from which extends a tall element resembling a square-based prism, on which is placed an element resembling a polygonal prism. From the junction of these two elements, a thin, upward-curved tube extends and is inserted under the lampshade. This lampshade resembles an inverted bowl, with darkened edges, and at its very top, in the center, is a decorative element in the shape of an inverted bowl topped with a decorative ball. The lamp shown in Fig. 4—the wall lamp—is characterized by its wall-mounted element being a vertically elongated hexagon, from whose center extends a horizontal, arched lamp arm. A decorative, thin tube is placed directly above it, connecting to the arm at its tip. Beneath the lamp arm, at its tip, is an inverted element resembling a small bowl, beneath which is mounted a downward-pointing lampshade in the shape of an inverted bowl with darkened edges. The described set of lamps is called "Bawaria". A significant feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - its wall-mounted element is a vertically elongated hexagon, from the center of which are horizontally extending, curved lamps in the icing, and a decorative, thin tube placed directly above it, which connects to the arm at the end. - beneath the lamp arm, at its end, is placed an inverted element resembling a small bowl, beneath which is mounted a downward-facing lampshade in the shape of an inverted bowl with darkened edges.
