Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych. Istota wzorów stanowiacych zestaw, przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie poszczególnych jego elementów, które róznia sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów lamp: - wyszukanym wzorem metalowych elementów lampy, - ciekawym ksztaltem kloszy. Zestaw lamp oswietleniowych przedstawiony zostal na czarno-bialych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z piecioma kloszami, fig.2 - lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami, fig.3 - lampe stojaca, natomiast fig.4 - przedstawia kinkiet. Lampa pokazana na fotografii fig.l - tj. lampa wiszaca z piecioma kloszami - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w górnej czesci posiada mocowanie w ksztalcie pólkuli z której wyprowadzona jest krótka rurka przechodzaca w dluzszy lancuch, który z kolei przechodzi w element przypominajacy niewielki kielich na bardzo wysokiej i grubej nózce. Kielich ten laczy sie z kulista bryla, której górna czesc jest splaszczona, a dolna ozdobiona niewielkim, skierowanym w dól szpicem. Od bryly tej odchodzi piec powykrecanych analogicznie rurek, z których kazda oplata pojedyncza, grubsza rurke wygieta w delikatny luk. Kazda z grubszych, wygietych w luk rurek jest grubsza w górnym odcinku - zweza sie natomiast w je j dolnej czesci. Na górze kazdej z tych rurek osadzony jest klosz, który swym ksztaltem przypomina luzno zwiniety plat materialu z wyzlobionymi wglebieniami i przypomina - razem z rurka - pochodnie. W górnej czesci grubszej rurki osadzony jest klosz, który swym ksztaltem przypomina luzno zwiniety plat materialu z wyzlobionymi wglebieniami i przypomina - razem z rurka - pochodnie. Opisany zestaw lamp nosi nazwe „Pochodnia". The essence of the designs constituting the set is manifested in the unusual shape of its individual components, which differ from previously known lamp designs: - the sophisticated pattern of the lamp's metal elements, - the interesting shape of the lampshades. The set of lighting lamps is presented in black-and-white photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a pendant lamp with five lampshades, Fig. 2 a pendant lamp with three lampshades, Fig. 3 a floor lamp, and Fig. 4 a wall lamp. The lamp shown in Fig. 1—a pendant lamp with five lampshades—is characterized by a hemispherical mount at the top, from which extends a short tube that extends into a longer chain, which in turn transforms into an element resembling a small goblet on a very tall and thick stem. This cup connects to a spherical body, the upper part of which is flattened and the lower part adorned with a small, downward-pointing spike. Five similarly twisted tubes branch from this body, each of which is a single, thicker tube bent into a delicate arc. Each of the thicker, arched tubes is thicker in its upper section, tapering towards its lower part. Atop each of these tubes sits a lampshade, whose shape resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses, and together with the tube, resembles a torch. The lamp shown in Fig. 2—a pendant lamp with three shades—is characterized by its hemispherical mounting at the top, from which extends a short tube that extends into a longer chain, which in turn transforms into a small chalice on a very tall, thick stem. This chalice connects to a spherical body, the upper part of which is flattened and the lower part adorned with a small, downward-pointing spike. Three similarly twisted tubes extend from this body, each of which is a single, thicker tube bent into a delicate arc. Each of the thicker, arched tubes is thicker in its upper section, but tapers towards its lower section. At the top of each of these tubes sits a lampshade, whose shape resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses and, together with the tube, resembles a torch. The lamp shown in Fig. 3—a floor lamp—is characterized by its base being an inverted bowl, in the center of which is a ball, from which emerges a single tube, gradually widening at the top and bent into a gentle arc, around which a thinner tube is wrapped in the middle. At the top of the thicker tube sits a lampshade, whose shape resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses and, together with the tube, resembles a torch. The lamp shown in Fig. 4—the wall lamp—is characterized by its side, wall-mounted section, which is an inverted bowl, with a ball in the center, from which emerges a thin tube wrapped around a thicker, single tube, gradually widening at the top and bent into a gentle arc. A lampshade is embedded in the upper part of the thicker tube, its shape resembling a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses, resembling—together with the tube—a torch. The described set of lamps is called "The Torch." An important feature of the design shown in fig. 1 is that: - in the upper part it has a hemispherical mounting with a short tube leading out of it, which passes into a longer chain, which in turn passes into an element resembling a small goblet on a very high and thick stem, - this goblet is connected to a spherical shape, the upper part of which is flattened and the lower part decorated with a small, downward-pointing spike, - from this shape extend five analogously twisted tubes, each of which is a single, thicker tube bent into a delicate arch, - each of the thicker, The tubes bent into an arc are thicker in the upper section and narrower in the lower part, and at the top of each of these tubes there is a lampshade, which in its shape resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with grooves and resembles - together with the tube - a torch. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 2 is that: - in the upper part it has a mounting in the shape of a hemisphere, from which a short tube extends, passing into a longer chain, which in turn turns into an element resembling a small cup on a very high and thick stem, - this cup is connected to a spherical block, the upper part of which is flattened and the lower part decorated with a small, downward-pointing spike, - from this block extend three analogously twisted tubes, each of which is a single layer, the thicker tube bent into a delicate arch, - each of the thicker, arched tubes is thicker in the upper section, but narrows in its lower part, - at the top of each of these tubes there is a lampshade, the shape of which resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material made of carved recesses and, together with the tube, resembles a torch. The essential feature of the design shown in photo Fig. 3 is that: - its base is an inverted cup, in the center of which is a ball, from which emerges a single tube, gradually widening in the upper part and bent into a delicate arch, around which a thinner tube is wrapped in the middle; - in the upper part of the thicker tube is mounted a lampshade, the shape of which resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses and, together with the tube, resembles a torch. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - its side part, attached to the wall, is an inverted cup, in the center of which there is a ball, from which a thin tube emerges, braided around a single, thicker tube, gradually widening in the upper part and bent into a delicate arc, - in the upper part of the thicker tube there is a lampshade, the shape of which resembles a loosely rolled sheet of material with carved recesses and, together with the tube, resembles a torch.
