Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na swiece . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania na swiece przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku z góiy fig. 1 i w widoku z boku fig.2 , oraz ilustracji. Pojemnik w postaci bryly o przekroju czworokata , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, sciany boczne lekko rozchylaja sie ku górze. W dnie pojemnika znajduje sie wystep w postaci krzyza. W górnej czesci sciany boczne zakonczone sa poziomym rantem , pokrytym warstwa kleju , umozliwiajacym wielokrotne zamykanie pojemnika wieczkiem. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a top view (Fig. 1) and in a side view (Fig. 2), and in the illustration. The container, in the form of a rectangular cross-section, has the following essential features of an industrial design: the side walls slightly flare upward. The bottom of the container has a protrusion in the form of a cross.
