Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad sterowania tyrystorowego lacznika pradu przemiennego z parzysta liczba przepuszczanych pólfal napiecia sinusoidalnego, znajdujacy zastosowanie tam, gdzie uzwojenie pierwotne transformatora dowolnego urzadzenia, zasilane jest z sieci przemienno-pradowej za posrednictwem tyrystorowego lacznika. Przykladowo uklad znajduje zastosowanie w ukladach sterowania zgrzewarek elektrycznych i w ukla¬ dach sterowania reklam neonowych.Znane uklady sterowania tyrystorowych laczników pradu przemiennego, w których zachodzi koniecznosc przesylania parzystej liczby pólfal napiecia zasilajacego, sa budowane w oparciu o elektroniczne uklady zlicza¬ jace. Sygnal wyjsciowy z takiego ukladu, z chwila odliczenia zadanej liczby parzystych pólfal napiecia anodowe¬ go tyrystorów, powoduje zablokowanie sterownika lacznika tyrystorowego. Konstrukcja ukladu sterowania tyrystorowego lacznika, wedlug wynalazku, zapewnia przepuszczanie do¬ wolnej parzystej liczby pólfal napiecia anodowego tyrystorów, bez zmiany ukladu. Diody D1 i D2 swoimi katodami polaczone sa z anoda tyrystora Ty, którego katoda poprzez rezystor R1 jest polaczona z zerowym biegunem O zródla zasila-87 876 2 nia, z którym poprzez rezystor R2 polaczone sa takze katody obu diod. Z chwila pojawienia sie sygnalu wyjsciowego z bloku anodowego zadawania liczby pólfal B, zostaje wysterowany tyrystor Ty, podczas którego to wysterowania tranzystor Tr przechodzi do stanu nasycenia pradowego i nastepuje odblokowanie sterownika S lacznika tyrystorowego i lacznik ten zostaje wlaczony przy dodatniej pólfali napiecia anodowego.Z chwila zaniku sygnalu sterujacego z bloku anodowego zadawania liczby pólfal B, tyrystor Ty odzyskuje wlasnosci zaworowe przejawiajace sie w czasie przechodzenia pólfali napiecia anodowego tyrystorów z ujemnej na dodatnia. W zwiazku z tym nastepuje zablokowanie ukladu sterowania lacznika tyrystorowego. Ostatnia pólfala napiecia anodowego, podczas trwania której przewodzi lacznik tyrystorowy, jest pólfala ujemna. PLThe subject of the invention is a control system for a thyristor alternating current switch with an even number of passed sinusoidal voltage half-waves, applicable where the primary winding of a transformer of any device is supplied from the alternating current network via a thyristor switch. For example, the system is used in control systems of electric welding machines and in neon advertising control systems. Known control systems of thyristor alternating current switches, in which it is necessary to transmit an even number of supply voltage half-waves, are built on the basis of electronic counting systems. The output signal from such a system, when the set number of even half-waves of the anode voltage of thyristors is deducted, causes blocking of the thyristor switch driver. alternating current with an even number of transmitted sinusoidal voltage half-waves constructed in accordance with the invention. The system has two diodes connected by cathodes to the thyristor anode and through a resistor to the zero pole of the power source. The thyristor cathode is connected to the input of the thyristor switch controller and through the second resistor to the neutral pole of the power source, while the gate of this thyristor is connected through the third resistor to the output of the anode block for setting the number of half-waves and to the anode of one of the diodes. The anode of the second diode is connected to the input of the synchronization block, to the input of which the anode voltage of the thyristors of the connector is supplied. The design of the thyristor control system of the connector, according to the invention, allows the transmission of any even number of anode voltage half-waves of the thyristors, without changing the arrangement. The system is also characterized by a relatively high simplicity, which significantly increases its operational reliability. The subject of the invention will be discussed in more detail on the basis of the drawing, which shows a block and schematic diagram of an exemplary thyristor connector. The diodes D1 and D2 are connected with their cathodes to the anode of thyristor Ty, the cathode of which through the resistor R1 is connected to the zero pole O of the power source-87 876 2, to which the cathodes of both diodes are also connected through the resistor R2. The thyristor cathode Ty, through the resistor R3, is connected to the base of the transistor Tr, and the base is additionally connected to the negative pole of the power source through the resistor R4. The emitter of the transistor is connected to the neutral pole of the power source, and its collector to the blocking input of the S driver of the thyristor connector, not shown in the drawing, and through the resistor R5 to the positive pole of the power source. The thyristor gate, through the resistor R6, is connected to the anode of diode D1 and to The anode of the diode D2 is connected to the output of the anode block for setting the number of half-waves. The anode of the diode D2 is connected to the output of the synchronization block A, to the input of which the anode voltage of the thyristors of the switch is applied. The system operates as follows. The output signal from the synchronization block A, when the anode voltage of the thyristors of the connector shifts from the negative to the positive half-wave, decays to zero for the time of about 1 ms. For the remaining time, during the ac period, the output from sync block A is equal to the supply voltage. At the moment of the appearance of the output signal from the anode block for setting the number of half-waves B, thyristor Ty is activated, during which the transistor Tr enters the state of saturation current and the thyristor switch controller S is unblocked and this switch is turned on at the positive half-wave of the anode voltage. When the control signal is lost from the anode block for setting the number of B half-waves, the thyristor Ty regains the valve properties manifested during the transition of the anode voltage of the thyristors from negative to positive half-wave. Therefore, the control system of the thyristor switch is blocked. The last half-wave of the anode voltage, during which the thyristor switch conducts, is the negative half-wave. PL
