Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko, w róznych jego odmianach. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastka wyróznia ich oryginalna postac oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig.1 do fig.3, które przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany ciastka. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig.l - ciastko posiada ksztalt przypominajacy szesciolistny kwiatek, w srodku którego znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie malego serca. Odmiana ciastka uwidoczniona na rysunku fig.2 - posiada ksztalt przypominajacy szesciolistny kwiatek, w srodku którego znajduje sie otwór w ksztalcie malego serca. Odmiana ciastka uwidoczniona na rysunku fig.3 - posiada ksztalt przypominaj acy szesciolistny kwiatek, w srodku którego znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie malego serca, które wypelnione jest masa ciemniejsza od pozostalej powierzchni ciastka.
