Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka przyfotelowa w srodkach transportu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac podstawki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i wygladzie. Dotychczas w srodkach transportu nie byly znane podstawki przyfotelowe. Znane byly jedynie pólki w ksztalcie prostokatów mocowane na tylach oparcia fotela poprzedzajacego fotel pasazera, który mógl z niej korzystac. Podstawka przyfotelowa wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z drewna lub tworzywa i mocowana jest obrotowo od dolu do poreczy fotela. Podstawka przyfotelowa ma ksztalt prostokata, elipsy, prostokata z zaokraglonymi brzegami oraz prostokata polaczonego z elipsa. W jednej czesci podstawka ma w glebienie w ksztalcie kola, kwadratu, elipsy lub prostokata a z drugiej gniazdo mocujace. Podstawke przyfotelowa wedlug wzoru pokazano na rysunkach. Rys. 1 przedstawia podstawke w przekroju zamocowana od dolu do poreczy w czterech odmianach - fig. 2, fig. 3 fig. 4 i fig 5 . Na pozostalych rysunkach pokazano podstawke przyfotelowa w rzucie z góry oraz polaczenie poreczy fotela z podstawke w przekroju. I tak rys. 2 przedstawia podstawke przyfotelowa 1 w ksztalcie prostokata z wglebieniem 2 w ksztalcie prostokata na szklanke, kubek lub inne naczynie z jednej strony oraz z gniazdem mocujacym skladajacym sie ze sworznia mocujacego 3, miejsca osadczego 4 z podcieciami, podkladki stabilizujacej 5 z otworami oraz sworznia stabilizujacego 6 ze sprezyna 7 z drugiej strony. Rys. 3 przedstawia podstawke I w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi i sfazowanymi krawedziami oraz wglebieniem 2 w ksztalcie kola z jednej strony i gniazdem mocujacym z drugiej strony oraz uchwytem 8 w ksztalcie pierscienia. Rys. 4 przedstawia podstawke i w ksztalcie polaczenia elipsy z prostokatem z zaokraglonymi brzegami i sfazowanymi krawedziami, z wglebieniem 2 w ksztalcie kwadratu z jednej strony oraz gniazdem mocujacym z drugiej strony. Rys. 5 przedstawia podstawke 1 w ksztalcie elipsy z wglebieniem 2 w ksztalcie elipsy na calej powierzchni obwiedzionej obrzezem oraz z gniazdem mocujacym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze podstawka przyfotelowa jest mocowana obrotowo od dolu do poreczy fotela oraz ma ksztalt prostokata, prostokata zzaokraglonymi brzegami i sfazowanymi krawedziami, elipsy, elipsy polaczonej z prostokatem i posiada wglebienie w ksztalcie prostokata, kwadratu, kola, elipsy po jednej stronie, elipsy na calej powierzchni obwiedzionej obrzezem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the support, manifested in its shape and appearance. Until now, seat support was unknown in means of transportation. Only rectangular shelves were known, mounted on the back of the seatback in front of the passenger seat, which could be used. The seat support according to the design is made of wood or plastic and pivotally attached from below to the armrest of the seat. The seat support is shaped as a rectangle, an ellipse, a rectangle with rounded edges, or a rectangle combined with an ellipse. One part of the support has a recess in the shape of a circle, square, ellipse, or rectangle, and the other part has a mounting socket. The seat support according to the design is shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the support attached from below to the armrest in four variants - Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The remaining drawings show the armrest support in a top view and the cross-sectional view of the armrest connection with the support. For example, Fig. 2 shows a rectangular armrest support 1 with a rectangular recess 2 for a glass, mug, or other vessel on one side and a mounting socket consisting of a mounting pin 3, a mounting point 4 with undercuts, a stabilizing pad 5 with holes, and a stabilizing pin 6 with a spring 7 on the other side. Fig. 3 shows a rectangular base I with rounded and chamfered edges and a circular recess 2 on one side and a mounting socket on the other, as well as a ring-shaped handle 8. Fig. 4 shows a rectangular base I with rounded edges and chamfered edges, a square recess 2 on one side and a mounting socket on the other. Fig. 5 shows an elliptical base 1 with an elliptical recess 2 on the entire rimmed surface and a mounting socket. The essential features of the industrial design are that the armchair support is pivotally mounted from below to the armchair and has the shape of a rectangle, a rectangle with rounded edges and chamfered edges, an ellipse, an ellipse combined with a rectangle, and has a recess in the shape of a rectangle, a square, a circle, an ellipse on one side, and an ellipse on the entire surface surrounded by a rim. The armchair support, according to the design, includes a mounting socket consisting of a mounting pin 3, a mounting point 4 with undercuts, a stabilizing pad 5 with holes, and a stabilizing pin 6 with a spring 7 on the other side, and a ring-shaped handle 8.
