Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel boazeryjny, stosowany powszechnie do wystroju biur, mieszkan, sal wykladowych i konferencyjnych oraz róznego rodzaju innych pomieszczen. Znany jest z polskiego opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 16355 panel podlogowy. Panel ten ma postac plyty, której sciana boczna ma zarys prostokatny, gdzie na kazdej parze przeciwleglych scian bocznych znajduja sie odpowiednio: na jednej scianie profilowany rowek, majacy w przekroju poprzecznym zarys linii lamanej, a na przeciwleglej scianie profilowany wypust, którego ksztalt odpowiada ksztaltowi profilowanego rowka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie, przy czym ksztalt przedstawiony jest schematycznie na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia panel w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 panel w widoku z góry, a barwa to kolorowe dekory umieszczone na plaszczyznie zewnetrznej panelu, na rysunku zaznaczono jako widok „W, w odmianach wzoru przemyslowego, dekory przedstawione sa na zalaczonych kolorowych odbitkach fig. 3 do fig 7. Ksztalt panelu w odniesieniu do znanych paneli sciennych przejawia sie w tym, ze ma ksztalt plyty, której plaszczyzna zewnetrzna jest na bokach dluzszych w ich górnej czesci zaokraglona i w calosci jest pokryta odpowiednia unikatowa kolorowa folia kierunek „ W zaznaczony na rysunku, zwana dekorem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: postac majaca ksztalt plyty, której plaszczyzna zewnetrzna jest na bokach dluzszych zaokraglona oraz barwy, pokrywajace plaszczyzne zewnetrzna bedace, unikatowymi dekorami, stanowia ze wzór ten jest oryginalny i stanowi absolutna nowosc na swiecie. It is known from Polish design description no. 16355, a floor panel. This panel takes the form of a board with a rectangular side wall, where each pair of opposing side walls features: one wall with a profiled groove, with a broken line in cross-section, and the opposite wall with a profiled tongue, the shape of which corresponds to the profiled groove. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and color, the shape being schematically presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the panel in cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the panel in top view, and the color is represented by colored decors placed on the outer surface of the panel, marked in the drawing as view "W", in the variants of the industrial design, the decors are presented in the attached color prints Figs. 3 to Fig. 7. The shape of the panel, in relation to known wall panels, is reflected in the fact that it has the shape of a board, the outer surface of which is rounded on the longer sides in their upper part and is entirely covered with a suitable unique colored foil in the direction "W" marked in the drawing, called the decor. The subject of the industrial design in the first variant is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the color print Fig. 3. The form of the design is reflected in the fact that it has the shape of a board whose outer surface is rounded on the longer sides in their upper part and is entirely covered with a unique coloured foil in the "W" direction marked in the drawing, called a decor, called hoggar. The industrial design in its second form is shown in Figures 1 and 2, as well as in the color print in Figure 4. The design is in the shape of a plate, the outer surface of which is rounded on the upper part of the longer sides and is entirely covered with a unique colored foil in the "W" direction, marked in the drawing, called a decor, named ocean. The industrial design in its third form is shown in Figures 1 and 2, as well as in the color print in Figure 5. The form of the design is manifested in that it has the shape of a plate, the outer surface of which is rounded on the longer sides in their upper part and is entirely covered with a suitable unique colored foil in the "W" direction marked in the drawing, called the apricose decor. The subject of the industrial design in the fourth variation is shown in Figures 1 and 2 and in the color print in Figure 7. The form of the design is manifested in that it has the shape of a plate, the outer surface of which is rounded on the longer sides in their upper part and is entirely covered with a suitable unique colored foil in the "W" direction marked in the drawing, called the pacific decor. Essential features of the industrial design: the figure in the shape of a plate, the The outer surface is rounded on the longer sides, and the colors covering the outer surface, which are unique decors, make this pattern original and an absolute novelty in the world.
