Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows a furniture handle with feet in a side view, fig. 2 shows a furniture handle with feet in a side view with a two-part body and an internal foot, fig. 3 shows a furniture handle with feet in a top view, fig. 4 shows a furniture handle with feet in a two-part body and an internal foot in a top view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 5 shows a furniture handle with feet in a disassembled side view, fig. 6 shows a furniture handle with feet in a two-part body and an internal foot - disassembled - in a side view, fig. 7 shows a furniture handle with feet in a asymmetrically two-part body and an internal foot in a perspective view from above. The furniture handle according to the model shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 and in the photograph Fig. 5 has a body which is a closed profile with a tetrahedral cross-section, at the ends of which there are detachable feet in the shape of a stylized letter "L", the elements of which are square in cross-section, wherein one of the foot elements has a cross-section slightly smaller than the cross-section of the body, so that it can be inserted into the body and connects with the second element below its upper edge, so that after connecting the body and the foot, the upper surface of the second foot element is above the upper surface of the body, wherein the cross-section of the second foot element is larger than the cross-section of the body. The furniture handle with a two-part body and an inner foot shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 and the photograph Fig. 6 has a body made of two elements with an identical quadrangular cross-section, between which there is an inner foot in the shape of a stylized letter "T" constituting their connector, in such a way that the body profiles are mounted on the horizontal elements of the inner foot, hiding them within themselves but not touching each other, while the vertical element of the inner foot slightly protrudes above the upper surface of the body and in a side view has the appearance of the letter "T" with a significantly shortened roof. The furniture handle with an asymmetrically two-part body shown in the attached photograph Fig. 7 has body elements of different lengths - one longer, the other shorter.
