Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do pomieszczenia w niej napoju i dodatkowego prezentu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. U dolu butelka ma dno 4, które jest wyposazone w postument 5 z pojemnikiem 6 w postaci szuflady, przy czym postument 5 jest nasadzony na dno 4 i na czesc pobocznicy 1 butelki. Postument 5 ma zróznicowana szerokosc, jak przedstawiono na fig.1. Druga odmiana butelki zawiera pobocznice 1 walcowa, przechodzaca u góry w szyjke 2 zamknieta od góry zakretka 3. U dolu butelka ma dno 4, które jest wyposazone w postument 5 z pojemnikiem 6 w postaci szuflady, przy czym postument 5 jest nasadzony na dno 4 i na czesc pobocznicy i butelki. Postument 5 ma zróznicowana szerokosc, zarówno w dolnej jak i w górnej czesci. Zakretka 3 jest wyposazona w ozdobe 7. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: • Fig. 1 shows a view of the first version of the bottle; • Fig. 2 shows a view of the second version of the bottle. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first version of the bottle comprises a cylindrical side 1, which merges at the top into a neck 2 and is closed at the top by a cap 3. At the bottom, the bottle has a bottom 4, which is equipped with a pedestal 5 with a drawer-shaped container 6, where the pedestal 5 is placed on the bottom 4 and part of the side 1 of the bottle. The pedestal 5 has varying widths, as shown in Fig. 1. The second bottle variant has a cylindrical side 1, which merges at the top into a neck 2 and a top-sealed cap 3. At the bottom, the bottle has a bottom 4, which is equipped with a pedestal 5 with a drawer-shaped container 6, where the pedestal 5 is placed on the bottom 4 and on part of the side 1 and the bottle. The pedestal 5 has varying widths, both in the lower and upper parts. The cap 3 is provided with a decoration 7. A decorative label 8 is placed on the side of the bottle, as shown in Fig. 2.
