Celem wynalazku jestopracowanieukladupozbawione¬ go tych wad. Zasada dzialaniaukladujestnastepu¬ jaca: Podczas zwiekszania napiecia wejsciowego tranzys¬ tor Tl wchodzi w stanprzewodzeniaumozliwiajac poprzez rezystor R2 przeplyw pradu bazy tranzystora T3. Rosnacy prad kolektora tranzystora T3 wywoluje wzrost spadku napiecia na rezystorze R4 i napiecie to poprzez rezystorR3 polaryzuje baze tranzystora T2, a plynacy prad kolektora tranzystora T2 powoduje ograniczeniepradubazy tranzys¬ tora T3 i ustalenie pradu kolektorowego tranzystora T3. t " rs \»4 Prac. The thermostat heating systems used so far by means of power losses on the transistor are characterized by the fact that the power dissipated on the heating transistor depends on the magnitude of the current amplification of this transistor, which makes it necessary to select these transistors. . The current stabilization achieved by connecting a resistor between the emitter of the heating transistor and the minus of the supply voltage causes large power losses on this resistor. The circuit is known according to the German patent No. 2141921. In this system, the current of the heating transistor is controlled by the voltage drop across the resistor connected between the emitter heating transistor and the negative pole of the power source. The drawback of this system is that the short-circuit failure of the control transistor causes immediate damage to the heating transistor. The aim of the invention is to develop a system devoid of these drawbacks. This aim was achieved in a system where the magnitude of the current is limited by the polarization of the transistor, the base of which is connected through a resistor to the emitter of the heating transistor, and its emitter to the negative pole of the power source, and the collector to the collector of the transistor controlling the resistor, the other end is connected to the positive voltage of the supply voltage. The emitter of the heating transistor is connected to a resistor, the second terminal of which is connected to the negative pole of the power source, the collector of the heating transistor is connected to the positive pole of the power source, and its base is connected to the emitter of the control transistor. An example of the invention is shown in the figure below. shows the schematic diagram of the circuit. The transistor T1 is an amplifier of the thermal error signal. The transistor T2 stabilizes the collector current of the transistor T3, and the power lost in the collector of the transistor T3 heats the thermostat block. The principle of operation is as follows: When increasing the input voltage, the transistor T1 enters the conductive state, allowing the flow of the base current of the transistor T3 through the resistor R2. The increasing collector current of the transistor T3 causes an increase in the voltage drop across the resistor R4 and this voltage through the resistor R3 polarizes the base of the transistor T2, and the flowing collector current of the transistor T2 causes the limitation of the current of the transistor T3 and the establishment of the collector current of the transistor T3. t "rs \» 4 Works.
